I, too, saw that video. He just used Zoho for some email campaigns and was doing reviews based on that (Zoho was not for that purpose), and he just added misleading titles for views only.

Awesome video, I just subscribed as our Non-profit organisation just started using Zoho for their Mail features. Are you able to add CC captions to your videos so I can catch each word through your accent. (which is so cool by the way). To turn them on, if you are on your browser, just hover the video and click on the CC icon, near the settings. If you are on the mobile app, click on the gear icon, and then select "English (auto-generated)" on the captions dropdown menu.

SalesInbox is the email client for the salespeople that works with Zoho CRM. Whereas Zoho Mail is the general email client, like Gmail and Outlook. You can use Zoho Mail to host your email ([e-mail]), and if you have some users that are salespeople, they can also set up Zoho SalesInbox to access the "sales" features.

Hi! Zoho Mail has a feature called email delegation that allows you to delegate your entire inbox. If you want to "share" some emails, you could do it with streams: www.zoho.com/mail/help/streams.html

You can setup DMARC policies on your domain registrar. If your domain is in Zoho Mail, you should be able to add the DNS records and get it certified. There's no native integration between Zoho Mail and Mailchimp. Can you explain why you want to connect Zoho Mail with Mailchimp?

@@blungo I want to use mailchimp to market in b2b and for this I need to configure the marketing so as not to end up in the spam of my prospects. and I was wondering if a professional Zoho email address was enough or if I would also need a domain name which it seems to me is paid (to configure the dmarc)

@@clement2446 DMARC, DKIM and SPF are all configured on a domain. If your goal is to set this up, you need a domain. Also, I'm not sure sure if MailChimp will let you send emails if you don't have a domain. You can create a Zoho Mail account ([e-mail]) and email your prospects that way. If you don't send too many emails, most of them should land on the inbox.

I've never seen a tutorial that goes into this important thing for businesses: mass/bulk emails. It's like it is rocket science or maybe Zoho mail doesn't support that.

Zoho Mail is designed for normal business communications. Mass email is not available. You can use Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns to send mass emails.

@@howardmathews5572 The free version has a 500 emails/day limit, but there are other variables. You should contact Zoho with you specific case to make sure Zoho Mail will be able to handle it. Campaigns allows you to send email and SMS marketing campaigns. The CRM allows you to manage your sales process, storing contacts, accounts, deals, and other records that you might need while selling. The CRM can also send bulk emails, but it's limited to 500/day. This means that you can send a "campaign" from the CRM, as long as you are targeting less than 500 contacts. If you need to target more that that, you have to use Campaigns (which syncs with the CRM).

I have used Zoho mail, but cannot recommend it. Their support is one of the worst I have ever encountered. It takes days to get a response (if any) and they have no contact phone number. Also I have had issues with migrating emails from another provider. This should be a very simple task, but in Zoho, it simply doesn't work!
