hello it was a really nice content but in between of the session you told that there are some disadvantages with zoho crm drip campaign if you want to have reporting . so whats the alternative for this feature , can we have reporting in campaign.also can we have the work flow/conditions designed in a manner where we can shoot second email only when one opens the first please reply

Damn I am getting older :) Thank you for letting me know. Yes you can do a workflow that is based on an email. Pls check this video: kzbin.info/www/bejne/hKK2nHSvrZZ4q9E As for the reporting. You can use Zoho Campaigns and its reporting. Nothing for now that I can help with regarding this point. I prefer CRM drip even that I get basic reports. For me the deliverability is more important than the reports. I hope it helps and answers the question.

Great program Sir! The best out there. Question? I have a growing network of sales teams we have a 52 week campaign for each new rep. Can I set up the drip in CRM and transfer to Campaigns or should I set up in Campaigns.? Can I assign the campaign to new users to have it already created for new members?

Hi Lior, I just stumbled over your channel and have subscribed. Thanks for your tips. I'm a new user to ZOHO so still understanding the architecture. I would like to send an initial ungated email with an eBook attached with embedded link to a landing page with a gated form that starts a series of 4 emails each with a CTA to an online course. If the Lead chooses the online course they will go to another landing page with the Form (again with a 'sales' hidden field) to start the course that will trigger the sale process and stop to rest of the emails being sent. I know the manual workflow but I'm trying to work through whether to use Blueprint, workflow, Forms module, campaign Module. Almost too many choices :-) Have you done any videos on setting up conditional email drip campaigns. Thanks again for videos. I really like the way you present.

Can I ask if a new lead contacts you before say 3rd email will Zoho pick up on this and stop the other 2 emails. I don't want to upset new customer after they have contacted me and have sent a quote

Very good question. If you have the drip on zoho campaigns it will not stop. If you have the drip on zoho crm it will stop based on the creteria. You will need to setup a relay server on CRM and have a workflow that do this magic.

Thank you for clarifying the difference between emails sent from Zoho CRM and emails sent from Campaigns. But why do you hate Zoho's "garbage" email templates so much? Is it simply because they are ugly...or because they have deliverability or other issues?

Very good question! The only thing that I like is good conversions. I like to see efforts being converted to results. I have tried endless email templates from all the major email providers and the results were poor. The best conversions were from basic real human emails. I hope it makes sense. Let me know if you need any clarification. I will be happy to provide and even create a video about it.

Hello sir, I hope you are doing well. I really like the way you are presenting. I have a question about the campaign of drift mails. Actually I want to create some follow up mails for the leads. So when there is new leads we will send them mail by drift mail. That I got it. But if that lead is going to be convert and we want to send them mail like welcome to the family or etc how can we do that. If they don't react with the mail how can we make follow up? Once they register and there are some missing data how can we send them auto generated mail that this data are missing, please fill it. So we want to make whole automatic setup. So how can we do that. Thank you in advance. Waiting for your reply. ☺️

Devon Rhoden yes, a campaign can be set to active or inactive. If the user responds to an active or inactive campaign, you will receive the message.

If a lead responds to one of the Drip emails, convert them into a contact, that would stop them from getting the drip.
