Watching this episode gives me so much nostalgia. I remember when I 1st discovered this show. I was going through Walmart as a kid & saw this & the other 3 starting episodes on a VHS 1 day. And the VHS even came with a mini-comic for the Chaotic Century timeline. I bought it & have been a Zoids fan ever since. And a funny part of my story, it was only around a week later that I realized that this same show was starting to air on tv. It's great getting to sit down & watch this show again.

Bro the feeling of nostalgia is such a crazy feeling and it can only be felt exactly how you yourself feel it it’s a crazy feeling that still gets me to this day

And so begins the story of a talented, young pilot who gets treated badly by his team (mostly Leena and the Doc) no matter how many times he manages to win the battle for them.

Why is it loaded weird like there is a light spot in the middle but the rest of the show is darkened around the edge

well...Bit sure as hell didn't work as hard as Van did to get an untamed orgarniod to cooperate with him. Ah well. never thought of Bit was a great pilot anyway, his zoid practically did most of the work for him.

The idea behind Bit is zoid warrior and zoid becoming one entity, complimenting each other. Just like Vega and the Fury.

I remember zoids when it first came out I didn't like it then I don't like it now. I was just never really into Mac anime because it was so much like transformers and Voltron. I think the only mechanime that I actually did like was Mobile suit Gundam Wing and mobile fighter G Gundam only because it had a really interesting story and great character development

Wow, that's really interesting and all, but I don't think anyone asked. There's a lot of mecha anime out there that have good stories and good characters. The genre exists well beyond just some nostalgic shows from your childhood. That being said, no disrespect meant towards Gundam Wing and G-Gundam.
