Wish they would fix the mail app. No notification sound when mail comes through. Mail app shows 10 on the badge, indicating 10 mail messages. Click on mail, and only 2 messages showing in the inbox, then it downloads the messages to get 10. IOS 17, wish I still had it.

iOS 18.2.1 greatly improved my battery life for my 13 Pro Max since iOS 18 always made my phone overheat and drain my battery. My screen used to auto dim from being too hot even when in air conditioning.

One annoying thing in IOS 18.2.1 is the alarm volume: when setting an alarm and browsing through the various sounds/"ringtones" for that alarm, it resets the volume to max each time I click a different ringtone (trying to find one I like).

My battery life has improved honestly after updating to 18.2.1 on my 16 Pro Max. Only issue i keep having is visual intelligence, it would often at times crush and not take photos. And screen brightness does go up and down. Mail app hasn’t been working for me since the update. I have 0 notifications though i got priority mails going in.

I been having a serious bug with Ios 18. The bug I am experiencing about 2 or 3 times a week in which calls would drop in the middle of a call. If I tried calling again it will say call failed. Only way to fix it would be reboot the iPhone.

I turned Apple Intelligence off on my iPhone 15 Pro Max because it's too buggy and gimmicky, slows down my phone, and takes up too much battery. I'll try it again in a year or so when Apple might have a better idea of what they're doing with Apple Intelligence. With Apple Intelligence turned off, and a hard reboot, my phone now works great !!

Hi aaron fantastic video as always just wondering if anyone has had a problem with the photos app since updating to iOS 18.2.1 there has been a very dark grey horizontal line going across the top half of the screen but it goes away around 15/20 seconds I have been on apple forums and quite a lot of people are experiencing the same problem this varies between the iPhone 12 right up to the iPhone 16 series but this is more common on iPhone 13 models I thought a trip to the Apple Store is on the cards to find out what is wrong but with me reading the forums this is more than likely a software issue. Anyone else have any connectivity issues where if you switch from 5G to LTE, it still displays the 5G icon even though you switched to LTE. Only fix that I know of is restarting your device but it’s only a temporary fix

Hi, I use a 16Pro. This update is a complete waste of time for the first time. I always get micro-stutters when scrolling, apps open with a minimal delay, problems with WhatsApp and KZbin. It's really annoying. 18.2. ran smoothly and without any problems. 18.2.1 runs like a bag of screws. Now I wanted to downgrade again. I downloaded 18.2. and flashed it via iTunes. Everything is great. Now when I set up the iPhone and connect it to WiFi because I want to restore my backup, the phone automatically wants to install 18.2.1 again. The only way to get around this is to set it up without WiFi. But then I can't restore a backup. Damn crap. How can I add the backup later? Download it from iCloud and then put it on the phone via iTunes? Does anyone know a solution?
