If you consume a lot of media, I'd opt for the max, but just normal usage (text, email, web browsing, KZbin, etc) it's kinda nice having it a bit smaller.

peach It’s the constant flickering of the OLED newer screens. Displays have over saturated colors. Mostly in lower lighting of the phone that causes eye strain and headaches. Unfortunately everything that is newer to our markets are not always better for us and I’m not seeing any option, not to get OLED screens in the future On these Newer Apple phones. 😐

Cheryl Lynn you can search up reduce white point in youtube or google. Ive read that people has less eye strain enabling that on settings also ive enabled it and the flicker would significantly fade with other colors eventually reducing to spot the flicker easily even with high brightness

I have decided to upgrade my 6s the 11 Pro. I went with the 11 Pro because I liked that size (form factor) since it's the closest to my 6s. I also want to experience the OLED display. My main reasons for updating are because the 64 Gigs storage was becoming a limiting factor, and the new iOS's eat through battery life to the point where I can't play Pokemon Go without a battery backup solution. I look forward to the 11 Pro, and I hope it treats me as well as the 6s has. The 6s has been a great phone, and still runs very well for me.

I’m regretting getting the pro over the regular 11. Didn’t realize it had 60more mah battery capacity. That’s a lot and the screen doesn’t require as much battery as oled. Not that it matters, but what color did you get? I was surprised I didn't like the purple as much as I thought I would (looks different in person) as does the Mint- er excuse me "green 😂". The white was really nice though on the 11, I thought 🤷🏽‍♀️ So yeah just curious lol.

But for obvious reasons i chose the purple. the white shows sophistication, practicality and cleanliness. Which i thought is perfect for someone striving for low key practicaliity.

Youd be surprised, people will buy the iPhone 11 as it's cheaper but it can be a hassle to have a big phone, which if someone desperately needs a small phone they are kind of obliged to buy the pro considering the 11 doesn't actually show 1080p display and other cons while the pro is compact while managing to beat the 11 in performance, making a phone thinner or smaller can be more expensive EDIT: corrected expensive

Watching on iPhone 11. Love it. I unplug when I wake up and use it all day like normal to heavy use. I love taking pictures and video with the kids and I also game and Netflix/KZbin. I can do a 16 hr shift at work and end with 10%. Love that as long as I’m fully charged, I don’t need to bring a charger with me anywhere.

I upgraded to the 11 pro max from my 8 plus and the pro max was significantly heavier. I thought The pro max would be the natural progression since they’re both large phones, but the pro max was just too heavy on my pinky and the weight makes it difficult to do things I like to do like record videos while I skateboard. I exchanged the 11 pro max for the 11 pro and while I do miss the large screen, it’s not enough to sacrifice ergonomics for. If you do get the pro max just know it’s heavy n you may enjoy it more with a loopy case or other hand aid. Oh n the midnight green is so bomb in an iridescent case 😍.

I think I’ll go with 11. I don’t trust Oled screens. I don’t want something flickering at me even if I don’t see it. I’ve got pretty great eyesight and fairly heightened senses in general, so I’m guessing I’d be in the effected group. I like dialling down screens (TV/Phone) a lot as even high brightness hurts my eyes, and those lower settings are when Oleds flicker even more. I heard somewhere that Oled is not necessarily the future as LCD tech is catching up with replicating what Oled’s can do minus the issues (eyes/burn in). I hope Apple keep giving an LCD option in their high end phones. I’m deep in the Apple Eco System and would hate to even consider leaving it if they didn’t offer LCD.

@@Hahahasuiiiii - Fair. I think most people really aren’t thinking about this issue at all and it doesn’t really matter that much anyway really. I’m pretty sure I could go with the OLEDscreens and I’d be fine. I’m just being extra cautious about it.All the screens I use including iPad, phone TV etc etc are all LCD. Except for the Apple Watch. But the screen is so small that if it has any effect or I don’t notice it I am deliberately skipping all the OLED iPhones though. I’ve just recently moved from iPhone 8 to iPhone 11. But I actually keep the eight as my main phone that I use out in the real world and essentially use the 11 as a camera and a mini mini iPad at home. If I had the money I would’ve actually bought the 13 promax for the 13 pro just for the cameras alone. And only use them as cameras at home. But my plan is to essentially stay with the 11 and smaller phone at work combo. So my next upgrade will be the 8 to the SE2 or SE3 and then keep rocking the 11 at home as a mini iPad and camera. I really hope Apple start using their mini LED or whatever it’s called technology on the phones in the next couple of generations. I can hold out for a few years and then hopefully see what happens.
