Just traded in my iPhone 7 for the iPhone 11 Pro Max. What a difference! The camera, speakers, screen and battery are light years better! Love it so far! The quality and feel appears to be better than the Samsung 10S even though the Samsung was very impressive. The notch is not a big deal. I like the overall design of the iPhone.

yeah i think thats the point of apple making new phones so often. a bump from an iphone 10 to 11 isnt much but when you are ready to upgrade because your iphone 7 or 8 isn't doing that great, the difference is night and day when you finally do. i'm going from an 8 to an 11 soon and how much is different is so cool to me

Kevin Le the 11 has been a champ for me. My LG G6, coming off the charger at 9 this morning would have died at like 6 PM today, my 11 with light-moderate use through the day is at just under 30% at 11:30, about 4.5 hours of screen on time.

Upgraded from X to 11pro Max. I love it’s so far and don’t mind the notch at all. The battery life is the most noticeable change. It’s lasts me a full day and I only get to charge for one hour to 80 %. The screen brightness is also a welcome addition, colours are more pronounced and it’s a great experience this far.

sirkastic I know this is your opinion however, why are you suggesting that? Imagine trying to review a product without knowing the specs or advantages from previous models to prove it’s better. Also, Apple’s website have all the specs from iPhone 11 all the way down to iPhone se when you select compare. Plus, there’s articles online that give opinions/leaks on current and future tech products. Apple also uploads keynotes every time there’s a new product or feature. I would like to see how you review a product without any knowledge of the device but you bought it anyway. That would basically be a visual review instead.

I just got a pro and let me tell you. It is worth it. If you like to take photos the 2x camera is a plus but if you like to watch videos I love that the sound comes out of the speakers at the bottom and the one on the notch so it gives the feeling of someone surround sound. In terms of battery I wake up at 7 AM and use my phone extensively throughout the day almost using it 20-30 minutes every hour and 8 hours later I’m at 60%. I upgraded from an XR and I love it. The backing has a slight waxing feel to it so it offers more grip and I also use the phone to change songs in the shower and leaving water droplets on the sides and stuck in between the crevices for hours and it still has no water damage. The only complaint I would have is that with a case on sometimes fuzzies from your pockets may collect around the rim of the cameras but it’s nothing that a little rubbing from a shirt can’t take off. Overall I would say if you use your phone a lot, take photos, browse the internet, game, or any other thing that requires long time on your phone or lots of use of battery I would say upgrade. The new charger is also a plus, I can plug it in when doing something when it’s at 50% and half an hour later I’m almost at 90% in addition to working with other devices. The only downside with the charger is something that can’t be avoided which is the availability of USB-C charging ports out in buildings or some computers but that can be fixed by buying another charger if you want or buying an adaptor if you really need it but personally I can just plug it in to a wall. Edit: I will try to keep this updated for anyone paying attention or considering buying one

Thank you! Yes my point was that there's no need to call one "11 Pro" and the other "11 Pro Max". I personally think Apple should get rid of this naming system and just call both of them "iPhone 11 Pro" (5.8" 11 Pro and 6.5" 11 Pro). This would make it easier for consumers and makes more sense (not only because iPhone 11 Pro Max is a ridiculous name). They have 13" MacBook Pro and 15" MacBook Pro, the same with Apple Watch, the iPads, Macs etc so why not with the phones too? It used to make sense with phones like the iPhone 8 and 8 Plus, because the Plus phones were different - they had dual lens cameras. Now that the phones are the same (aside from battery life), they should be differentiated only by size. Just my view on this though!

I switched from the Iphone X to the regular Iphone 11 and can honestly say i do not regret it one bit. Specially since i did not pay 1,000 dollars like last time. Yeah the screen is LCD instead of OLED but come on it still is a great screen (for some reason LCD does not hurt my eyes). Has the perfect size and battery life will keep on getting better with the updates. Has practically everything the Iphone’s 11 pro have, and for 699$ you can’t go wrong.

i have iphone 11 pro max 512gb, coming from an X. i personally love it as i’ve had my X for 2 years so i’m used to no home button and controls etc. one thing is the battery, my iphone X runs out in 6 hours, whereas the pro max lasts about 13 hours of all day use and gets to 12%! i’d recommend upgrading but others may disagree

Thank you very much! Yes 4 GB for all models. I actually decided to specially not mention RAM in this video. When it comes to the iPhone, it essentially doesn’t matter how much RAM it has (within reason). It’s completely different to Android where this is quite important, and you can’t just compare 1:1 really. 4 GB RAM in an iOS device could be comparable to 8 GB or more in an Android device. There are many factors involved and it’s largely down to the iOS architecture and memory management - I think this whole situation would make an interesting video actually! Even comparing iPhone to iPhone it’s not particularly relevant - but even so, I can understand people wanting to know which is fair enough! Sorry for not including it, I’m mentioning more about this in my “vs Galaxy Note 10+ video” soon and didn’t want to repeat myself too much!

Same. I'm getting the 11 pro max after the 12 comes out. The 11's are perfection for me personally so wanting more would be being greedy. I liked the xs max but the front camera were a bit zoomed in and that was a no for me. That improved the cameras so much and the battery among other little upgrades. PERFECT!!

I am using a 5s and I am going to get the iPhone 11 or the 11 Pro. I’m concerned that the size is going to be a huge change so for that reason I’m drawn more to the smaller size of the 11 Pro regardless of the other features it offers. Do you think I would really notice the difference between the size of the iPhone 11 and the iPhone 11 Pro though? The 11 has a more tempting price. I’m not concerned about the texture as I will put a case on it anyway.
