Ikr I love that! Reminds me of creatures that do go into attack mode whenever they smell their dead, like fire ants. That's how some people end up getting attacked by fire ants -- they accidentally step on some, and the others smell it and swarm and attack.

Glad you like the music score. I listen to a ton of music before picking the “right” one. Exhausting but necessary to build the right tones and mood. Which I had the funds to have someone score it professionally, but dems the breaks. Besides, it’s another accolade I get for the credits. 😬🙄

Thx! It’s those little details that sometimes bring the biggest emotion/affect. One bullet for the dad, one for the wife and another for the daughter. I also liked adding in the rain & thunder effects at the end. Just gave it that eerie and solemn feeling. Poor Brent... tragic.

Good episode, but you are making a mistake that I’ve seen before. Make sure when the zombies are eating someone, there is something left for them to reanimate. Otherwise there wouldn’t really be a lot of zombies

I always wondered this about most zombie movies. . . Some zombies mostly devour people, but other times they just kill someone and gnaw on them a little, but then they leave the person to become a zombie himself/herself. I guess that's one thing we humans share with zombies -- appetites can vary 😄

zxy atiywariii Haha. True that. You got me thinking there. So what I’ve noticed is that if you only really get attacked by a few zombies, chances are likely they are not going to devour you. They eat a bit to satisfy the urge. Then once you stop moving, the pretty much get stupid again and move on. Now, you get swarmed by 5+ or whatever, you’re screwed. They gonna eat ur ass. Literally. Now in said case of my episode 6 with the zombie mom and daughter in the basement, they are being help captive and have nothing else to eat. So they continue to eat on their prey. Perhaps out of necessity, perhaps out of boredom... who knows, but that’s what makes it so interesting. We don’t fully know what’s going on in that diminished brain of theirs. Like a car, with no one really behind the wheel... 🤔😉

Appreciate the feedback Donna. Episode 6 was a darker episode in several ways. Story & the overall visuals in the basement. However, most of it was shot in decent lighting, so I'm wondering if it was your settings on your PC/TV. Either way no worries. It's something for me to be mindful of. With the way that they were tied up 30:00 it would have taken me 2 minutes tops to escape. All I would need was 2 free legs. As for freeing my hands, that would depend on what they were tied with. With metal wire I wouldn't be able to get free, but with rope of any kind i would break the window and use the glass to free myself.

Michele Conley no he does not. Jeremy and his crew want revenge on Brent. For shooting Tom and presumably killing and/or taking Stacey. Now that Jeremy caught up with them and found Stacey is alive; he wants retribution. For the supplies she took from them and for leaving their crew when he gave her a chance to live with his crew. It won’t matter who she’s with. Hell try to kill them all just for spite. 😡

ZMAM Show Ahhh okay I didn't see that. Thanks for giving an answer so fast! I always say my nightmares could put Steven Kings books to shame. I'm a big fan of his. I have had some experience the other side, I see and hear them. I could give you some great ideas you could run through for a film. I've been able to deal with them, a few have scared me, and a few confused me, a lot are nice and just hang out. But a lot or lost and just want help crossing over. Which I do when I can, which would be every day if I allowed it. I learned how to block them push out and rebuke the bad ones. Oh Alcatraz is totally haunted it's sad, maybe a movie about the ones stuck there, I really want to go back and help them cross over since I was there before I met a wonderful man that helped teach me how to deal with them. Let me know, I'm not a weirdo or a hippy hehe just a normal woman from California. Oh I live in the exact center of California North Fork California. There's a crazy gravitational pull here that's so strong sometimes I can't walk up the front patio steps, or it makes me off balanced and I'll fall. Crazy!

Always looking for ideas for future shorts. Probably not full length... just don’t have the time and money for that. Plus I’m limited on locations. No melee weaponry carried or put into use. They stand & talk, rather than keep moving. When traveling, they are out in the open - visible targets for marauders who want their gear + Zombies. Storyline is flawed, characters unrelatable or otherwise unlikable. Revise lineup for who is supposed to be the Protagonist(s) / hero(es). A sad waste of potentially useful film that could have been an outstanding film.
