@angelvillegas9604 No you should have been prepared for an emergency period. Storms Natural disasters Man made disasters Power outage Etc. Being prepared in general. Food Water Light Tools Generator First Aid/life saving gear. Cash Fire making ability. Water purification Self defense. Etc

@angelvillegas9604 I knew you were going to come back with some type of defeatist response. You don't need a lot of money to prepare. Just build up over time, get your food and water first. Then start adding other things as time goes on. You'll be better off than the majority of the people around you. I can't tell you how many times my preps have made a difference over the years. From power outages to first aid to using paracord to hang a pinata at a Bday party. The choice is yours. I choose to be make sure me and mine are as safe and secure as possible.

Day...damn I don't even know which day is today, these couple of days had been hectic. Anyway, left the city...I'd say...2 weeks ago by now, don't know what was going on but the walkers were riled up way more then usual that day, barely made it out alive. Now I'm in a new state, I have plenty on supplies and fuel so I don't need to stop anytime soon thank god...as of right now I'm driving through a village, its pouring and there isn't any survivors in sight...all walkers. But, the weird thing is that the walkers here aren't even chasing me...they're just standing there. Of course they seem to see me but when I look at my rear view mirror they ain't seem to be running towards me. Oh yeah turns out they can run now....fan-fucking-tastic. Where was I? Oh right...honestly I ain't complaining and driving through a desolate village at night while its pouring...is actually relaxing. Definitely what I needed after the past few days...if I had another person with me and their driving? I can sleep through this...the raindrops hitting the car, the car rocking a little bit since its a dirt road and its pitch black...ahh the bliss. But alas I'm alone...I would turn on the music as I do have some CD's but I don't wanna alert the walkers here...sure their just minding their business now but who knows, they may just start being aggressive when they hear music coming outta my car as I drive past them. *Sighs* Honestly I don't know where to go or what to do...I left my city to search for my brother. I found him...but...I had to put a bullet in his head. These monsters got to him...anyways now I'm just sipping on some coffee while driving in the rain. At least I can enjoy this...

The driver has the car in wrong gear.

High RPM's and low speed (looking at the car gauges) mean the driver in his haste to get out of dodge didn't hit it correctly into Drive , he overshot and accidently placed the car in First or Second gear. He's still too traumatized to notice the high rev at this point.
