Zombie Matchmaking: The Movie (Live Action/Halo: Reach Machinima)

Zombies have spread outside of the Living Dead game mode, and into all of Halo: Reach matchmaking... resulting in: ZOMBIE MATCHMAKING!

This is a redux of a classic machinima series (with permission). My intention with this project was not to copy/paste the series into another "series," but rather pay homage by creating a condensed "movie." Please go check out the original series for brilliant story-telling, twists, and fun. A classic blend of live action and Halo: Reach machinima.
*FlushGun created the original series 8 years ago! I used to watch it as a kid and it inspired me to start my own machinima channel KnightmareFilmz! Reach is my favorite Halo game, and it still is to this day. Reach gave players the choice to customize their character, along with introducing the Needler Rifle, DMR, Grenade Launcher, Plasma Cannon, and the Plasma Revolver. I have many memories of playing Reach, along with many other games, but Reach especially is a good game. This was awesome and hilarious! This could compete with Red vs Blue! Nicely done!

Halo Reach was one of, if not THEE perfect Halo game that has ever been made. No micro transactions, no DLC, no nothing. Just a game that had everything you needed there from the very beginning. I made a lot of great memories from Reach, laughing with friends, being in Clans, and just having fun. It has helped shape me into the person I am today. From a machina POV, it's really well done with every asset in the game being used and implemented properly and used carefully. The only bad thing about this was that this was so short so it felt like it could've been longer, and many other small details I could nitpick but this is a tough job for many, especially for people doing other things than making videos 24/7, so I won't be an ass about that. Other than that, the direction, assets, and story was well made and put in so that it felt like a retelling of another story. It's done in such a way that you can tell this is a well thought out story, but maintains the machinima feel of being funny, intense, and (un) believable (depending on how you look at machinima) which makes you connect with the cast. Using an old game for this seals the deal of it being nostalgic, and I can say, without a doubt, this is the best machinima I've ever seen. Keep up the great work and when infinite comes out, you better make some damn good machinima that I'll cry whenever I watch them. 👍

Honestly? I have a bit of disappointment I get how live action stuff is hard for us amateur filmmakers, but that’s what I was looking forward to the most in this. Seeing how this would play out IRL, hell you mention how it finally gets to a point where IRL tensions boil over. But it’s just talked about, never shown. The IRL portion had so much potential that you didn’t use and I’m kinda sad about it Other than that tho, it was done with the polish we expected from you, and then some, and a message that was relevant and impactful. wanna know what disappoints me, how so many people can say a game is bad when they haven't even tried to give it a chance or even played it. ive played so many games and even with people saying its bad or it's to trash I still do play all the way. now don't get me wrong sometimes company's make games that weren't very good at the time. shame really made so many friends on Xbox live told them we will all play together again and now it's been 9 years since that last conversation don't even know where they are now but I hope they are doing well
