Nice Video Bro! Im testing a List at the moment and was wondering about the part in your Video where you say “any part of your zombie engine”. In all combos you use the banshee. Can still do the combos if didn’t open the one banshee?🤣

The engine pieces are: Banshee, Zombie World, Ghost Princess and Mezuki. From those cards plus a Teleport or Uni-Zombie you can start the combos just changing the card you send yo the GY by Uni's or immortal's effect

Wow, you made a really good punk and zombie combo. But unfortunately in the combo sheet listed, the combo with zombies is not updated. I really like zombie control with punk by adding kristya, can you do an update, please?

Very good combo tutorial! I've never heard of this version of Punk, but it seems quite cool to play! I've the feeling that the deck could be a little bit bricky, couldn't it? And, isn't there a world when you can play Zombie Vampire? Because if you reborn your foxy tune with deer note you'll be able to make it. But of couese it doesn't allow you to go with the level 6 zombie synchro, also you have to be lucky to touch your names with the xyz...

Oh yeah, you could definitely play Zombie Vampire. I had opted out of including it for this particular list since Tearlament is in the format, but you could play the XYZ once it's gone (or you could play it regardless and just summon it game 2 or 3 when you know your opponent isn't on Tear). Since I made this video with the intent of document this PUNK variant, I myself haven't had a lot of time to play Zombie PUNK myself. I do think it could be bricky like you predict, though that just tends to be the case with Zombie. I would argue the PUNK engine enables the archetype to potentially do its plays a bit more consistentl than it can otherwise. I think I'll try it online to see how often it can make full combo, in order to know if it's bricky/if you can't play anymore when an opponent interrupts you. I wish you to have a good day! Do you have a horus variety with punk I am trying to build it in md and i am having some trouble

I don’t have one built but could work on it. Reason why I haven’t made one before is because I felt like the build was average. Unlike something like Orcust or Tearlament, PUNK doesn’t benefit a whole ton from the Horus package. Making Rank 8’s, especially Coach King, is cute, but it all feels “win more” rather than an engine that adequately complements the deck and bolsters up some of its weaknesses.

You really think this version is underated? It does look like fun. I have played Goldpride Punk a bit now and didn't really like it. So now I am looking for another way to play Punk. In your expirience how much does this variant struggle with hand traps and going second?

I definitely think Zombie PUNK is strong, though I don't like how linear its combos are. If you watched every single line I present in this video, you'll notice that your plays are more or less the same (go through PUNK line to set-up Immortal Dragon + Ghost Fusion). Thus, your actions are very telegraphed, and players who understand your deck can easily stop you. Even if your opponent doesn't know how the deck functions, its possible that them hitting you with a hand trap in a random spot might be enough. That said, again, your endboard is pretty strong. I like that, by setting up Zombie World, you inadvertently cripple a lot of decks (Flunder, Tear to an extent since Fusion material will become Zombies, Infernoble, etcetera). Balerdoch is obviously crazy, and having Baronne with follow-up is nice. I haven't tested Zombie PUNK extensively, but it seems okay as a rogue variant. Wouldn't place it higher than GP PUNK or pure PUNK personally, though.

The combos die to Nibiru, Droll, and a well placed Ash/Imperm. That's why it's rogue, I feel I can play better trough handtraps with Pure punk, what's your take on that?

@@eugeniodasbroas Oh, I don't disagree. Zombie PUNK can definitely make a pretty nice endboard if unchecked, but realistically you are being checked in most of your duels. Me choosing to showcase this version + the title being semi-clickbait was to address the viewers that were curious about the build. I much prefer pure/ GP.

Not really. The list I presented is more a sample list - I playtested it a few times, but not enough to say its completely vetted and perfect for competitive play. The card obviously works great with Zombie World; even if you don't have the field spell up, you can out many meta-relevant boards with the right fusions in the Extra Deck.
