I love knives, but hate knife bros. However, an ~advanced~ knife bro? I think I can get behind that. Great video, I appreciate your levity and disinterest in looking and/or acting like some kind of tacticool operator type. I came here from my buddy who works at ZT who linked your video, and didn't expect to actually find a great knife reviewer. You earned a subscriber dude, keep it up!

Love your channel. I doesn't get nearly enough love considering the unique tone compared with other blade review channels. I'm a fan of the apathetic "no fucks to give" style. Other channels take themselves far too seriously. With that in mind, you should just rename the standard knife terminology in your reviews. Start calling a "tang" a "taint" like you don't even realise that's not what it's called. I'd watch a review of a full taint knife.

Thanks, Zombie Killer Bro! I can't believe, that you let *everyone* watch you whack your wood! Who knew? That when you bought that property. If you enjoy kukris, you should try out one from Himalayan Imports, they're a company that's been around on Blade Forums for probably two decades now. They have them made in Nepal and then bring them over. The neat thing about them (besides the authenticity) is that they have zero convex grinds, in that the edge terminates without a secondary bevel (unlike the Vakra). It makes them chop even better (it's rather axe-like in its grind), and they're about half the price of the Vakra. I've had one for about four or five years and it's really a tank.
@AdvancedKnifeBro6 жыл бұрын

Nice kuk, looks a little heavy and thick for my taste, I think I would tire swinging it. I think you should give the kabar Becker bk21 Reinhardt kukri a twirl, I got one on a whim and against my better judgement and once I stripped off the black paint it has become my favourite chopper...the sheath in it sucks though and the handle is plastic, but it’s still my favourite. The ring is to stop your hand from slipping onto the blade if you stab something hard.
@AdvancedKnifeBro6 жыл бұрын
Aww man.. thats a nice chopper too. I've been chopping with this again the past few days.. even without gloves, the handle is pretty comfortable too. I want to compare several Kukris down the road... but one thing is for sure, I won't be using my Budk any time soon.

I just got a Fenix E12 at REI and really like it so far. It is exactly the diameter of an 18650 battery, but about an inch longer. It has 3 output settings (130 / 50 / 8 Luminatis) and uses one AA battery. I use a rechargeable Duracell AA, and I don't know how long it lasts overall because I recharge batteries like an OCD person. I like that it can tail-stand easily, but dislike that it rolls everywhere when you put it down unless you tail-stand it. The beam is high and tight, like Ethan from H3H3. It is perfect for around the house/yard and parking lots and midnight fridge raids. In summation: Fenix E12 is better than all of the Streamlight AA/AAA options (I have them all) and much better than the tiny MagLite single AAA thingie. This review is boring and needs a zinger ending, so I'll say that the Fenix E12 is clinically proven to increase both penile girth and the ROI of your stock portfolio. YMMV.
