In the first episode of this season. Sakura mentions that the last performance was a failure and ended up in debt. This issue effected Kotaro so much and abandon the girls while spending his time on the bar with the old bartender drunk.

That took some time listening, but i think i got the problem now. Their voice acting is grade A, comparable to good Western made games, or old CN cartoons, they dont lack soul and emotion in the act. The prob is their voice is older than their characters, the kids are like 18-ish while the VAs are like 24-25 ish, it doesnt bring the cute and fresh feeling like in JP voice. But put these dubs in to older characters and they shine
