Just spent three days in northern Wisconsin fishing a variety of lakes in the Minacqua area (September, 66-degree water temps). It was a full moon and there were absolutely no shallow water fish caught. In fact, the fish were in deeper water, biting lightly, in the range of 12-25 feet depths. Multiple species. This guy seems very certain about his video. I beg to differ.
