greetings, I have an identical zongshen zs169fmm air-cooled machine with a 69mm piston (I don't know if it's original, so I bought it second-hand). the flywheel (magnet) and the sprocket behind it are made of two parts, it is better to remove them in one part because it is difficult to fold them together. When mounting, it is enough to put the flywheel in the intended place and tighten the screw according to the specifications. Now I have one question, I have two camshaft chains from 102 and from 104. 102 is short and 104 is too long, 103 does not exist. So, has anyone assembled such a machine and is there a procedure that I don't know, I know about the tensioner on the cylinder, it has nothing to do with whether it was tightened all the way or relaxed. Why is there a double sprocket for the phase chain on the crankshaft, one is smaller by approx. 30mm, the other is 32mm and their teeth are different, the outer sprocket is unusable, because the chain would go sideways. I would like the advice of the more experienced.

I honestly couldnt tell ya. I would just search for a chinese dirtbike forum and see if anyone can answer that. Youd most likely have to pop off the top and measure bore and stroke then take out the rod and measure both bore ends of the piston rod.
