Bonjour, je comprends ce sentiment. Je suis aussi passé par là au début. mais dès que le vélo a gagné plus de kilomètres, il a commencé à rouler plus. A 15000 j'ai fait des modifications comme une bougie iridium, un filtre à air sport, un échappement blackwidow complet, et une reprogrammation de l'unité de contrôle. et j'ai remarqué une différence. maintenant passé encore 3000 kilomètres pas encore plus de puissance.

Do you blip the throttle by blipping it down the same time you press the clutch in? Would your tuned ecu make it less sellable if you were to sell the bike? Im assuming then your keeping it for a long while

What you mean by blipping? I can reverse the ecu tune at any time . But you are right , the amount of time , effort and money spend on this project, I’m not goin to sell it . But is it sellable ? Yes of corse even more than a stock one. Ppl know how the bike performs, no issues , they can choose the stock parts if they want. ( I have all the stock parts in good shape) but again not going to sell it anytime soon, even if I buy a bigger cc bike

When you change sprocket to 43 do you must also change chain? What Black Widow Exhaust do You have?

I’ve changed the chain right in the beginning of ownership. Becuase the stock one sucks xD I advise to change the stock one for one with orings as soon as possible .

@@jewo87 ah yes. But you must keep in mind you should change everything at the same time like a kit. It’s the best way. BeacuAse then parts may wear more fast. I changed chain and did 5000 kms then changed rear sprocket then did more 3k kms and reverted rear sprocket. Chain still ok but it’s not the best way to do .

@@steve00alt70 a bike chain should never be too loose or tight . On zontes original chain it gets way too lose very fast doesn’t matter how many times we adjust. So I changed to a orings one and until today never adjusted again

Not at all. The issue i had was the oring of the fuel cap. But opens every time no problem at all. Did you try a zontes dealerships to fix the problem?

Obrigado !! 🙏 já foi algum que gastei . Sem falar o equipamento para gravar xD. Os consumos se for sempre a lume, um depósito até a reserva da por volta de 230/250 kms . Se for assim assim chega aos 300 kms . Se for ao sabor do vento da me quase 400 kms . Estou a falar de 9 litros +\- cada vez que vou encher .

@@sofia.s1krr you have diferent tips with diferent prices . For me it was worth. If you are just looking for good noise you have the Chinese ones . But if you want more performance yes it’s worth. I gained 2 hp just from exhaust

How exactly did you manage to gain 500 Rpm? Which tools/what exactly did you do to tune your Ecu? Because your Zontes is pure fire! And which ratio do you use? Original on newer Zontes is 14/46/112. I am thinking to switch to 15/46 sproket.

initialy i changed the ratio to 14/43 then changed the spark plug for a iridium one, (less wasted fuel ) them a race filter, for more air flow. The exhaust its were changes everything. less wheight less restritions, ( if you change the exhaust i recomend do a ecu tune ) and then in the end i did a ecu tune in shop here in portugal, the guy gived some more rpms, more horse power and more torque. in the dyno it mesured almost 19 hp.( And usualy stock ones mesure arround 13.5/14 in that dyno ) after all that the top speed was 139, but i dont use highways to often to reach those speeds, so i reverted the ratio to 14/46 to have better response and reach quicker top speed ( 132 now )

Rly awesome, I do also have a keeway rkf. And it’s pretty good stock. Just a exhaust and it’s great. I did on zontes becuase stock zontes is pretty restricted . I will post a video soon with my keeway and you see what I’m talking about . Subscribe so you don’t miss it . I do already have a video on my channel with a keeway rkf . But was my brother driving . @@jorgenelooliveira7351 tal e qual , foi o meu problema . Eu peguei numa lata de spray vazia, cortei uma tira com a largura de metade do dB killer (+\-) e puz em volta dele. E para afixar fiz 2 furos na tira alinhados com os furos do dB killer e puz rebites. Cortou barulho, sem perder muito fluxo de ar. Agora não aconselho tapar muito se não vai abafar os gazes, e perde rendimento .

hi , no worries i help in were i can. that means the size of front and rear sprokets front sproket is 14 teeth and rear with 43 teeth . the biger on front, more top speed and lower acceleration. the bigger it is on rear means more acceleration and less top speed. the best way to know your ratio is by dividing rear teeth by from teeth like : 43/14= 3.0714.. the bigger the number , means more acceleration and less top speed. i hope i helped xD

This bike look cool but when you understand that the speed indicator on those bike are faked the performance is less appealing (to explain it: the counter show +7 to +15 km/h depending on you speed, you go to 43 when showing 50 and 115 when showing 130).

On alll bikes the speed indicator it’s not accurate. Even on super sport bikes that go above 300 kms. On those the diference is even greater

@@RawPovPT Not on all bikes, some are perfectly accurate (even some 125). I know that some bikes are not very accurate but not that much or only for very high speed, 10 km/h of error above 60 is not a normal thing. I hope they will fix it on next generations.

Its 10 percent differnce regsrdled of speed so at 70 yoy lose 7mph to make 63mph and example at 30 its 27 and 40 its 36mph, 50 is apprpx 45mph

Neste momento já tenho filtro de ar DNA, pinhão de 13 para força e comprei um escape usado tirei o catalisador e ficou engraçado. Penso que só falta mesmo a repro e a vela. Sabes a referência da vela ?

Sim com isso tudo , uma Repro já vai ser uma diferença notável . E se for igual a minha, o verdadeiro pulmão da Mota vem uns kms depois . Entre a 2000/3000 mil kms depois estava com um vida louca. Mas não alterei mais nada nesse período. Tem que se deixar a ecu ajustar.
