Yes, if you're using tap water, I'd recommend using ReptiSafe before soaking your pet.

Hmm, sounds like it may have gotten a little moisture to cause the discoloring. It SHOULD be fine to use, but without seeing it in person I can't say for sure. If it's in a state you're uncomfortable using with your pet, I would suggest picking it up new. Hope that helps.

You don't need to dry him after soaking, but if you have a habitat with a lot of loose substrate, it wouldn't hurt to dry their body to avoid it sticking to him. Hope that helps.

The recommendation is 5cc for 1 gallon of water, so I would mix the solution at those instructions, and then use only the amount of water you're comfortable with in the container you are using. Hope that helps.

This would be a question for your vet that prescribed that particular medicine. Check with them to see if the ingredients of the Soak are suitable. As for ingesting it, give them enough time and they'll come to drink it during the soak Hope that helps.

If used as directed, yes. Make sure the water level is appropriate where they can still lift there head above the surface while touching the ground. They should also be placed in a basking area to warm up after soaking. Hope that helps.
