After watching this game and seeing what it had to offer after hearing about the excitement for it, it definitely could have used more time to develop. It's sad the original screenwriter passed during the making of the game, but the game could have been much better than it came out.

Honsstly i think the game is amazing, even tho it isnt that scary or jumpscare-y, the graphics and the animal mutant designs are cool as hell, just a cool horror laid-back game with puzzles and lil' boss fights, i do hope that they make the boss fights more hard tho, like some baby animals or smth

The game was good and had an interesting concept but I feel it was bad used. Too much lore hidden yet it felt like a zoo walking simulator but with mutants. We barely knew about Mother and its alien origin after being discovered by Oliver in the Antartica. Kinda The Thing reference.

this game honestly feels unfinished and rushed. At the start it looks really realistic, however later is revealed that the end scenes are very quick, unexpected and look sort of poorly animated compared to previous animations. and the storytelling with John and the wife also falls apart at some point. I thought that the transformation of the giraffe was very cool, however that was the only live transformation that they animated, meaning that the rest of the animals just suddenly appeared to get a mutation which probably concludes that the animators only worked on this one giraffe scene. I fully expected this game to be more like "Still Wakes The Deep" which I really liked (and that game also had zero monster transformations) But it really doesn't qualify. I also do not feel any remorse for judging a game that is yet to be fixed or finished, because this game officially launched on sept 30 2024 and was announced on jan 16 2024 (258 days prior to the release).
