I really needed this because everytime my teacher calls on me to answer a question on online schooling I always start shaking and my stomach feels fluttery and my mind goes completely blank of what my answer was even when it’s the easiest thing that I could have figured out I still get it wrong and I feel embarrassed

And I know she probably keeps track of what we know and what we don’t and I’m pretty sure she thinks I don’t know some things when I actually do because I got a honor roll last year and I knew everything she is teaching now

Life with Keshara I can totally get that 💜 I really really hope some of the tips from this video can help you!! I’ve gone through similar experiences before - it actually happens to me quite a lot that I’m in class (whether in person or online) and my heart starts beating super fast and I feel a little out of breath when I want to answer a question. The things that help me the most are being as prepared as I can be and saying affirmations to myself (and do this often! ex. when you look in the mirror you could say “I have valuable things to say. I’ve got this!” - I know it sounds a bit weird but it has helped my confidence so much!) Good luck with your school year!! You’ve got this 🥰❤️
