@CatGoneCrazy2 жыл бұрын
Thank you :) The pedal is awesome but just so you know, the expression pedal does seem to consistently break. I've had one break, then be fixed and break again, and another break too. But while it works, it's superb. It is still playable, just develops a 'blip' where 0-3% goes from 0-100% and then 4-100% seems to be again 0-100%. Very strange, but always the same problem. It actually makes quite a nice squelch on wah, but obviously messes up pitchshifting.

Thank you :) I haven’t busked much this year, first due to lockdown, then some different work but more recently because I’m writing and recording my fourth album, which is very exciting as I’ll have some news about that soon that I’m not quite ready to share yet. In the mean-time, have you listened to any of the first three? Try searching Spotify etc for “One Nation Justin Towell” - that’s my favourite. If you like this demo you should really like that album! Play it loud, and preferably through some good headphones as that was how it was mixed.

@CatGoneCrazy Жыл бұрын
Hi, I’m well thank you! It should be able to record up to 40 seconds. Maybe you have rhythm enabled but muted somehow? It sounds like it’s snapping to a beat somewhere, so you need to disable any rhythm. I’ve not had that problem myself so I don’t know exact steps, but good luck!

I was all set to buy a different loop pedal but this has really made me reconsider. I have played guitar for years but have only recently bought an electric guitar. Are the pedals much better quality than the effects this looper produces? Also if you over dub a loop with another will they auto sync the time signatures of the 2 loops or do you have to be bang on the mark? How many tracks can you save on this? Also really enjoyed your cover, bravo! tia

@TheRealCatGoneCrazy Just a general question, how to you get good at using the wah wah pedal when there is no spring action? I am still struggling lol
@CatGoneCrazy4 жыл бұрын
Connor You don’t need spring action, bud - just rock it back and forth basically to the beat. Toe to heel for ‘aow’, heel to toe for ‘wah’. Then when you don’t need it, maybe switch it off until you do. Good luck :)

Hey Justin, great cover! Any chance you could breakdown the outro solo please?
@CatGoneCrazy5 жыл бұрын
cricket emu You mean the bit I wrote, after the high note Jimi ends on? It’s all based around the pentatonic scale, there’s nothing fancy in there. The high bit with the bends is just G string 11th fret bent up a tone followed by a 9th fret on the E string then a 9th fret B string hammer-on and pull-off going 9-12-9 followed by another bend on the G to start the sequence again, then moving up to the B string 12th fret full tone bend and same trill but on the E string. Hope that helps :)
