Great video and sound quality! but why you keep using the tremolo of your guitar when reviewing a chorus-delay-reverb pedal?? I mean, I wanted to hear the modulation of the pedal, not your arm. No intention to be rude.

Agreed, turn off the chorus and stay off the whammy bar so we can actually hear the reverbs! Is it me or is the amp slightly dirty so it's distorting the reverb as well? Not the most effective way to review the reverb effects on this pedal...

Fabrizio Taddei The tap tempo works for the whole present. A long press ensures you will go into tap tempo and not switch to a new patch. You don't need to go into the delay or echo unit itself.its like a master tempo for the patch.

Yes you can. I just got this pedal and I pretty much use it like that.

You can buy this puppy if you want, truly for little over a $100, it's a loaded little pedal. But if you think all these effects are on par w Strymon, Eventide and so-forth, good luck. If you are not experienced with effects this is probably a wunderkind pedal for you. Personally I found the aspect of being able to turn anything on or off a night mare, editing is a terrible experience, eve if you are forced to have entire preset for set locked in effects changing it to another is a nightmare. Try bending over, killing your back during a live situation trying to shut something off, turn it on or change a preset trying to see the units little screen. A bedroom noodling device at best. While the effects certainly work, they lack an acute sense of organic feel and response other pedals have, It seems as if there is maybe one delay and reverb actual model and they just alter settings to advertise all these different things, not really. By controlling what you are able to adjust on each it might seem as it if their are many but I am not fooled much by this approach. It does do a couple things really well which night be far removed from what you imagined it to be good for. The EP3 preamp toggle (not the delay itself, just the preamp, when on is on even w the effect off), Has that real unique EQ altering preamp sound a real EP3 has, delays mmmmhhhhhhh, preamp, oh yeah, Also found the ZNR zoom noise reduction to be quite good, really I keep it around for those two things which is not bad for the money at that. All the rest, be my guest, I found it very wanting and truly seemed a $100 pedal. Some of the chorus are usable, phaser, flange seems rather stale and nonreactive as most other even digital renderings have, this is no tc electronics circuit. If you have nothing else and need some effects asap this might serve as a stop gap fix, but as a permanent pedal, naaaaa. Reminds me a lot of the sucker advertising L6 does where you think you are getting all this cool stuff but it is really not going to live up to the hype. Some will no doubt love it, so have at it. If you have a taste for the finer top shelf performance effects, save your money.

This pedal has some great features for those of us just getting started. You mentioned the ZNR as a nice feature, but let's add just one other thing that makes the Zoom cost effective. The Zoom's Pitch Shift is nice and dare I say sounded polyphonic. When I compared it side by side to a TC SubnUp, ($130) the Zoom actually tracked better. The EH Pitchfork ($160) sounded better as far as tracking on full chords compared to the Zoom, but it also had a much higher noise floor than the Zoom. The noise on the EH was evident even when played. You're correct that the complex reverbs aren't quite as good as the originals, but even the basic reverbs sound far better than the one built into the Marshall DSL40. The Zoom still offers a lot of bang for the buck and allows us newer players to try out a lot of effects for inspiration and experimentation while devoting money from the start to guitars and tube amps.

Ive seen a few videos reviewing this pedal, noone really tries to rock out with it, its all slow nonsense with nothing else added, I would like to see and hear it with some distortion and other effects paired up with it

can you store delay settings. I use dotted 8th delays a lot and quarter note delays. Can someone tap in a bpm and store it. Or is there a function to programme delat time in milliseconds? Thanks

It is possible to use a Tap Tempo on the delay time, as well as modulation effects frequencies. It's not possible to use the tuner when the tap tempo is active.

At 2:10, with the pedal in bypass (actually, on an empty preset) he switches to the humbucker bridge pickup and the sound starts clipping (it was not the case before, with the neck and middle pickups); then he seems to go on with the bridge pickup. At start of the video he plays the pedal with a different combination and it seems not to clip
