Big Jah (and future guests who encounter this problem) would need to "enable original sound" in Audio Settings>Advanced, and disable background and intermittent noise. That will fix the clipping issue. The top left of his Zoom screen should then say "Turn Off Original Sound," which actually means that it's on.
