Isn‘t it interesting that the Zora have the most evolution in regards to all the other races? From Parella, River Zora, Rito and Neo Zora in BotW and TotK, they change the most, split races etc. As these beings are mostly connected to the element of water, which is also attributed to the goddess Nayru, who is the creator of law/ physics and time. They reflect the changes of the time, time splits and loops in their evolution somehow.

27:21 in the Stormwind Ark legend, it says that a "god" (presumably a Zonai) who fell from the heavens left the Ark for the Rito as an act of gratitude for the Ritos' efforts to return them to the sky. The Ark was not built by the Rito, and is stated to be the source of Hebra's winds ("the god had given them the blessing of wind"). This is in the book in the Hebra Trailhead Lodge and it also mentions the Rito passing through a sky/cloud barrier on their way to return the "god" to their "island in the heavens": "with the god leading them, the boats rose higher and higher, soon passing through the thick clouds. The vastness of the heavens took the villagers' breath away. Floating islands dotted a clear blue sky" Similarly the Water Temple and the Great Wellspring of Hyrule were also probably not built by the Zora, but were built by the Zonai, going off the architectural motifs and the reliance on Zonai technology, Zonai Constructs being present, and them being, y'know, in the sky.The Great Wellspring is also stated as being "the source of the water that flows into Zora's Domain" (stated by Sidon at 32:25). The Great Wellspring of Hyrule could've been the old source of water into what would become Zora's Domain, and Zora's Domain might've been built where it was *because of* the waterfalls from the sky islands delivering pure water to that specific area, but at some point the water stopped falling

I just thought about this... Mipha's Grace fully heals you upon any fatal hit. Then takes time to recharge. Does that mean Mipha had to die twice to Waterblight Ganon? Did her powers save her once, but then need time to do such a powerful healing again, and in that time was when she fell finally? That's terrible.

This may be a theory. But consider how Link is being more attached and immersive to the Zora's cultural ways since he was a child, Zelda might of taken the idea of building the Champion's Leather as a way of marriage proposal just as Mipha is about to give Link the Zora's Armor before the Calamity struck. It would make sense if you think about it.

Same here i had assume Rhoam and the others vanished at the end of BotW because they were "waiting" for something in the sequel so that they could finally pass into the Afterlife in the sequel after a heartfelt farewell scene involving Zelda and the Champions's families. Imagine how emotional it would have been had Dorephan and Sidon seen Mipha's ghost one last time before she left forever. 🥺 Wasted opportunity Nintendo.

A big theme present in BOTW was coming to terms with loss and change, and carrying on in the face of grief, and I feel like what we do see of Mipha's story shows that amazingly, especially in the scene after we complete Vah Ruta where she laments that she wishes she could see her family one last time. I do want that for her as well, but ultimately I feel like the heavy punch of heartbreak in that scene would be lost if she was reunited with them. Just my two cents. 😅

For real i wish her spirit would have appeared somewhere as part of the story possibly to give Link information pertaining to Ganondorf's powers as an explanation to why she hasn't passed into the Afterlife yet until Link has finally defeated Ganondorf once and for all. I always thought that the Zora evolved from the humans and not the pirrella because Zora’s are so humanlike and it’s unlikely that jellyfish people evolved into such human like zora. It just makes more sense to me that some of the humans evolved to breath in the water. Also it’s shown that Hylians and Zora are close enough that they can breed. I’m not saying that I’m for sure right or anything, but unless I’m mistaken, theirs no canon sources that outright state the the pirrella are ancient Zora. Correct me if I’m wrong.

The Zora do NOT birth children naturally the way any animal lifeform in the real world does making me very skeptical at the idea that a Human and Zora have the power to "breed" offsprings together.

I have tbh the champs in BOTW ARE WEAK AF! With the exemption of Thunder Blight ganon the blights were easy to defeat even if u dont use their weakness (ie fight them like the Champions fought them) against them.
