Hi everyone! New Zorga Nadir fro dvbt02 just came out with a lot of new cards for us to explore! Here we match it against Varga dragress, Fated one of Unparalleled. Let's break some tabooes together and defeat that dragon, shall we?

Do u mind sharing a theory craft deck list with the new cards

Yeah, the idea is to be as tempo as posible while having an insane grind and speed engine. You have a lot of consistency in orders so you don t need to employ all the usual 9 slots. Masque doesn t make the deck less solid, but empowers our turn 3, where nadir is a bit slippery. Blitz and shooter are insane, as they provide us with consistency and defense aswell! a new video is comming this week and i will be extending on how the ratios work in detail :3

9:11 I don't think is possible to use shadow cloack skill to bounce back those cards, cuz u call cards on top of it.

Actually, you can. Since cloak was there during the alchemagic so its skill was already on standby (cloak's condition requires it to "see" the alchemagic happen) even if you call a card over it later from your order's effect.

Its slow. Rancor gives us a edge in tempo because we see shooters and fairy faster. Gives us more control overall even if it happens to be drsw 2 discard 2 sometimes. Having shooter also makes this not matter as much. Fisher on the other hand is bricky, doesn t put the strong cards in hand and its worse when it wiffs. Preordain is also slower

Philander was fairy game 1. Then i realised it was confusing and i turned it face down but its still fairy. I just don t have that proxy yet jeje will do it a bit more readable next time :3

Ah, ok. That is really useful. When you used Overcoming Unnatural Death and Brand of Corpses, wasn't the brand of corpses supposed to go to the bottom of the deck because of the fairy eff?

Zorga Nadir has to bind a normal order for it's skill, so you can't bind the blitz for it's cost. Also can you explain how you bounced 2 Zorgas with Shadowcloak when you called over the Shadowcloaks? 9:06 the effects of Shadowcloak happen after the order is played so they shouldn't be able to trigger due to being in the drop zone.

Yeah, ive been told about this. Initially i thought it was any other. Its good to know :3 As for the shadowcloacks, they do not need to remain on board. As long as they are on board after costs have been paid, the triggers goes to the stack, so you can call over them middle alchemagic and still perform bounces :3

@@ZorgaVS Interesting, that is a weird and kind of dumb ruling due to it not being clear but after looking it up I'm seeing others say it does work that way. Do you know if Bushiroad has stated anything about that? If not the ruling is very strange and I can see people challenging it at official tournaments and since judges have the final say they may not agree.

@@Nemenon yeah, its 100% like that. The reason is the card doesn t say it has to be on board ( there isn t a text like "if this card is on rear" or such. As long as the card triggers, it will see the resolution happening regardless of where the card is after the whole alchemagic happening. You can also bounce it with another shadow and will still resolve it. Bcs judges are employing that ruling aswell :3

For this to work, the requirment is "being on board when alchemagic takes place." This means, staying on board after the costs have been paid. After that, it goes on standby and can be resolved regardless of dying
