These episodes are even better after an SBS lately :D Oda got asked who amongst the crew can drink the most and everyone referred to this scene where it seemed like Nami won, then reveales Zoro quit early to get to the roof and than that even Nami isnt out and could go for more. To save everyone the googling: Oda stated that in general Zoro would be 2. and Nami 3. (Luffy 9.) but included that everything tackles drinking diffrently (fe "Luffy is usual more about the food") and the outcome could be diffrent depending on the goal and motivation, as seen here on Whisky Peak.

Miss Wednesday is Mr.9's partner, they are paired up due to having equal-ish strength, Baroque Works pairs up equally powerful members into couples like spy movies of old, the exception being Mr.2 who has no equal and no desire for a partner.
