Ussop had a childhood fling with the girl from his Island. Not canon, but one might argue that Luffy and Uta had something going on. Then Sanji and Linlins daughter. Also Boa and Luffy, and yes, I know it's one sided. You could see it between Silvers and the former express, too. It's simply not the main focus of the story
