It's my headcanon that power levels refer explicitly to Rokushiki and nothing else. It doesn't account for devil fruits, though they can help. Zoans in particular. Rob is 4x stronger than the average person, but also hits you 10 times at once, so it scales to 4k. Kalifa probably isn't as physically strong as your average soldier, but she's still got the technique. 63×10 gives her a power level of 630. It does suggest that Blueno is just display muscles. Oversized, but not a lot of power in them. With a power level of 820, he's physically weaker than your average soldier, but again, makes up for it by landing each hit ten times. That leaves Kaku and Jabra at a little over twice as strong (before Kaku ate the fruit), and I'm happy enough with my explanation. Of course, there's even a little wiggle room in the number of hits. Maybe some only manage 7 or 8, meaning Blueno could be a bit stronger than your average soldier, but a touch slower than his colleagues, averaging out to the 820 we're given. I also have to remember this is an anime, and everyone reading this has a power level comparable to Spandam's, maybe as much as double. Even our finest don't top 30, and I think I'm being generous.

8:00 So kaku's name can also be read as square, and shikaku as cube, but shikaku can also be opening. So he basically says, I'm a cube, but I have no openings. The pun does not translate well.

I love that as soon as Kaku mentioned Nico Robin, Zoro got truly angry. And when Kaku's attack was bearing down on him, all Zoro was thinking about was how his crew has suffered at the hands of CP9. Zoro might not show it as openly as some of his crew mates, but he loves and cares about his friends from the bottom of his heart.

Fun fact in an SBS someone asked oda to draw i repeat draw the strawhat in the opposite gender ( sometimes oda just doesn't draw and just writes it when it comes to sbs its kinda funny how the fan eagerly say draw it i guess he just wanted to see luffy with them pirate king melon 🍈🍈 can't blame him ) anyways here what each of the strawhat said you could search it up but it has other future crewmate you haven't reached yet so it has spoilers Female luffy - I'll eat some salad and become king of the pirate. idk if somebody already mention this but in an sbs ( i think ) oda revealed that kaku wanted to be a shipwright when he was a child so he enjoyed his covert mission the most out of every cp9 members and thats why you had that emotionnal scene when he heard that he is fired

Zoan type devil fruits, the transformation extends to the gear of the user. Its why clothes dont tear, and weapons adjust to the size of the character. chopper's hat for example grew when in monster form

Have you been following the cover stories? The front page of each manga issue includes one panel of a side story to show us what became of certain secondary characters. Little Buggy's Big Adventure was the only one that was properly included in the anime. But they also have multiple runs of From the Decks of the World, which feature past friends and enemies reacting to news, mostly included as filler between arcs. Any time you see a Straw Hat's hometown reacting to their new bounty, it's taken from a cover story. Anyway, I'd be interested to see you give a quick look at all the others if you haven't already. I think you're already aware of what happens to Enel, but I think you might enjoy CP9's cover story.
