Been playing Zoroark since fan rotom came in. So my current set up is fan rotom for Doduo and Dodrios and then blender the gengars etc. with terapagos for the area zero plays. That being said, this is an interesting deck list and I’ll probably tinker with mine to make it slightly better.

I gave Hisuian Zoroark a spin during the Sacramento Regionals. It's actually a pretty fun rogue deck, but it kept bricking, and I whiffed KO a few times because I couldn't find and discard my Gengars. I definitely think Brilliant Blender is the ideal ACE SPEC for this deck.

I LITERALLY HAD THIS EXACT SAME IDEA YESTERDAY 😭😭 ended up making a Zoroark + Dodrio + Cofragigus which deals 60 to all your dodrios, you get them to 90 really fast and start dealing 280 with 1 energy

Rotation will only hurt Miraidon a bit because of Raichu V going. Forest and Raikou definitely is up there. But Raichu allows the OHKO potential when paired with gens and Magneton. I don't think it will be as popular, but it'll still be aggressive depending on the meta with the option to take basic EXs with Miraidon, or baby mons with Hands. Bouffelant also doesn't work with Zoroark lol

Isn't secret box just better than blender? As a Zoroark player, I prefer a combination of capturing aroma, carmine, secret box, and ultra ball to get all the Gengars discarded. Secret box gives me the trainers I need and gets rid of most of the Gengars.

Key line i took from this is "trainers (plural) i need and gets rid of most of the Gengars" with this one card you can get rid of ALL the Gengars if they are in the deck. But if those other trainers are important you're good. Especially since you have to discard 3 for it. Both work fine

Zoroark can't be fixed since an evolving deck that's only job is to deal Big damage is outclassed be many Basics such as raging Bolt sadly.

What's the best way to play Terapagos ex right now? Can anyone give a list? Decks utilizing crown opal would be better because double turbo is going away in 4 months. We should start preparing for it.

Never prepare for rotation four months early. Possibly start preparing the same week rotation takes place. Four months is enough time for a couple more sets. Crown Opal may never be necessary since you can use the other attack with a Crispin, Glass Flute or both.

I’d like to see you play a gimmick deck using Weezing’s ability “let’s have a blast” which if it’s knocked out you flip a coin and if heads the opponent is also knocked out. Paired up with Togikiss’ “Wonderkiss” ability. I’ve been using it and it’s fun but maybe you’ll find something new about it that idk yet

Yeah terapagos is because You can hit with unified beatdown if You are in need and no have dmg enough with pump, but pika gives You the one tera that cant be bossed and killed i'm 1 hit so easily just to break your 8pokemon bench
