My mom died suddenly in a car wreck and like shannan she loved her house. She lived in a cottage on a lake. Everyone that moved in after her passing would see her walk out her bedroom to the bathroom then come back out the bathroom and go back to her room. They ended up tearing it down because people were to scared to live there..im a believer that shannan does visit the home she loved.

I'd like to see either Le-Vel (the company Shan'ann worked for) or the city of Frederick buy the house, bulldoze it, and put in a beautiful playground and Healing Garden in honor of Shan'ann, Bella, CeCe, and Nico. I think that would be the most appropriate thing to do, honestly.

As a parent myself, I probably wouldn’t feel comfortable living in a house that is so famous. The thought of strangers having the address of where my children live and sleep would definitely keep me up at night. I can understand the miller’s wanting to get out of that house.

Zowoki, I live in Ontario, Canada. About 45 mins away from Toronto in a small town. The average home sells for 800,000 min!!! No matter size, shape, or condition! It could be a complete dump and sell for shy of 1 million! Shananns house here would sell easy for 1.4 million. Today tiny condos sell for 600,000 PLUS fees and all the extras! These are 1 bedroom condos too! Don’t move here! 😡

I grew up 25 minutes from the Amityville house. Drove past many times(I was a goofy High School kid). My sister’s friend lives on that street, Ocean Ave, and knows the family that lives there. Supposedly nothing is going on in that house…

The father has NEVER been in trouble before prior to moving into this house. He was charged with a felony assault in front of his children and a few domestic misdemeanors. I’m not saying it’s haunted BUT like in the amityville story a dark force took over the “MAN” of the house and we know that story. The wife and children chose NOT to return to the house for a reason and why didn’t they because there was 4 of them with no where to go but instead they decided not to and let the husband stay there alone!! There’s something dark in that house. With NO DOUBT in my mind!!!!
