Condescending prosecution. I sat across the street watching my business living loft and all things involved. As for memory at that time, I wasn’t even sure if I had property insurance…just homeless with no income or potential of income. No money and looking for a a crappy rental that would accept me and 6 rescue pets. Waters is prompting the dialogue ruthlessly.

Me too and the lie that Alex spent 500k on pills is absurd! Ppl should note Alex's constant sniffing on the police videos. He was crushing those pills and the night of the murders, Alex was completely numb in the brain. He can barely keep a thought with all of that medicine 💊 dripping down his throat, while he is in the car with David.

Can you imagine Maggie knew all his evil ways! She & Paul were close. They knew Alex would leave the family. Look at the family photos. Buster is near Alex. Paul was always near Maggie in all the pictures! Sure Blanca found pills in Alex clothes pockets at occasions. Probably she heard some of Alex's phone conversations knowing they were shady! It's not like the family woke up as a surprise! Both Father & brothers tried to fix Alex for years! Pandora's box finally opened!!

The Barrett story told more than he intended. He makes it clear he thinks omission isn't lying. According to his story he ended up paying a bigger share on a real estate deal back in '08 or '09 so that justifies keeping ALL of the settlement owed to a man dying of cancer. A man who asked for help because he needed money for a motel so his wife could stay close by. He seemed pretty self satisfied about it. Almost gleeful. No stammering then. He even sat up straighter. The fact that he thought it excused his theft, like being so petty was some type of justice - It shows he's not just heartless but actively SPITEFUL. ANGER and HATE in his heart.

@@annebiggins7180 Maybe the former long time housekeeper heard something she wasn't supposed to; Or he saw her find something, like his drugs when she was just in the room to empty the trash - bad timing. 🤔 I think he pushed her. Why? Because he didn't want dogs in the house. Even Maggie being a dog lover didn't change the "no dog's allowed" policy. In fact, if I heard right didnt the dogs have shock collars? Not just to keep them on the propety, but also out of the house.

New to case me to. It really bothered me when he was talking about Paul. He had mentioned in his jail calls about the net fix series. He spends that time talking about Paul giving life advice to friends because it was in that series when Paul gives ridiculous advice. That’s your last thoughts on your son. The whole testimony was so unreal all about things that could be directly shown on data. Not a true event you are describing. The jury wanted a real person not a lawyer . The most hillariois thing in whole case is after he learns Maggie phone found and comes up with story of her coming up to house and a cat fleeing the scene with the phone to explain the data.

My dad passed away in May 19th 2018 my husband received a call from my grandmother at around 12pm. He came back in told me my father had passed away suddenly from a unexpected heart attack. The last time I talked to my father was May 17th at 2am he had just gotten back home from the local bar and I remember almost every word of our conversation, not knowing it would be the last time I talked to him. I can recite our text messages from the week before he died so no I do not believe him. Was it because I kept playing those things over in my head repeatedly trying to figure out if I had missed something or because it was all I had left was our words, probably both. So no I do not believe he doesn’t remember what his last words were to his wife and son. What bullshit.

From unfortunate personal experience, with full blown opiate addiction and the means to fund it, the most I was ever able to consume in a days time was 10 30mg roxies. And at times I’d nod off and wake up from complete apnea. I was 240 pds back then as well and also consuming high doses of stimulants. Complete and utter nonsense to believe any human could survive a third of that amount… A lie must atleast be within the realm of humanly possible to be believed. Lol

Who TF is calling family when you’re SON is still on the floor bleeding? No freaking way I’d leave my 22 year old, you would have to get me off of him! I love my spouse but my kids come first! That’s why I know he did it.. he’s lying about being at the kennels, last conversation’s, times, I CALL BS! And the kennel area is dark and my son and wife aren’t answering? You can see when they read messages on iPhones if they set it up. And Maggie was scared of the dark! Also if he was so concerned in people harassing and threatening his son, you would definitely check on them! I understand people don’t want to believe this happened but this is an evil world and people kill for money regardless who they are. Same day confronted at firm and 3 days before court.. what a ridiculous man.. he lied about the kennels? WHY?? WHY?? You were buddies with law enforcement! BSSSSSH and why is he going by the times as they are telling them the sequence? No less than a minute, no I left my phone! You would remember if you took a nap for 30 minutes on the day your family was brutally murdered! You call 911 in 20 seconds and now say you checked them after but said multiple times including to the 911 dispatcher you checked them, now changing your story. I don’t know how anyone thinks he’s innocent. I’ve been around too long and this narcissist isn’t the first to kill his family. Where’s the clothes? Hmm where? You don’t disturb an Alzheimer’s patient at night. He was getting his alibi, threw Maggie’s phone. This man is a hot mess if you see his testimony and cross responses and I’m not a lawyer.
