jessFACE90 how does Emerson compare to Essie’s Virgin Snow colorwise? I’m not a fan of that Essie formula and I’m looking to replace it with a dupe. Thank you!

I like the white background. I actually think it looks more professional then the black one. I know you just sort of changed to the black and I don’t mind either but I like the white.

Today's video will have the black background because it was filmed earlier last week, but I'll probably stick with the white for a while. I have problems with oranges and corals showing up correctly with the white background and I have problems with neutrals showing up correctly on the black background. I think I prefer the look of the white though.

I know the idea was "not everyone wants a wide brush so give people the option". I don't know how choosing at checkout would work as far as storing the bottles while they wait to be ordered, but if Zoya could figure out a way to do that it would be a perfect solution.

I’ve been saying to myself for years that Zoya needs to make a pastel periwinkle blue like St Clair by kl Polish or Essie’s bikini so tinie. they still don’t have mint green. They had a pistachio green called Tiana and they have a “milk of magnesia green” called Neely. Leif is a pastel sage green.

They usually have deals, I paid 50 cents for brushes, and a lot of times they throw them in for free. Like anything with Zoya, just wait for the promotions.

Emerson is the star of the show! I love the little drop of purple in there- it makes it such a unique shade.

Great review Jess! This is a really pretty collection, I do wish they swapped out one of the neutrals for a different colour, but I do like the blue, green and purple. I love the names too :) Love your nails in this video also :)

I like the two you picked the best, I usually make a large order when they release a new season collection, but this year since Autumn I've been holding back. The offers used to be great for Canadians, but Zoya has changed offers to Canada and after 30% charges extra using the high postal charges really takes the wind out of our sails, I'll wait until Earth Day or next time they have a special to order those two.

I purchased the new brushes when they had the Black Friday sale and in a recent Flash sale. Both sales were 70% off. So I purchased a ton of them. I do like the round tips.

Prefer matte white background too. Any of the glitter, mirror or other light reflective backgrounds detract from color accuracy and camera focus.

I picked up their spring calm box deal with the gel system yesterday. I'm looking forward to it! I wouldn't of bought these individually but the sale was a good deal over all. I like some of the colors here but the 3 peach shades is a meh. Feels like there's something missing. I definitely love the wide brush, I miss them when I don't have them in all bottles but it's just too expensive. I'll wait for a 70% sale and pick more up. 💜

Kathy Forgues how do you like it? I've watched reviews and I think it'll be easy to work with and to hopefully provide a nice foundation so they can grow a bit. Mine always peel and then once it starts I pick at it and then it all goes. Lol vicious cycle! 🤷‍♀️😂

That's a good idea. I'll have to play around with different colors and with my other camera. The one I'm using is so old and it's getting harder and harder to get decent footage.

I just wanted to ask, is there a polish almost exactly like zoya’s Leif but lighter more whiter green but with the same tone? Im this close to buying Leif because of this video but i just feel like i’d still like it a tad lighter...

I only like Lief and Emerson, but your videos are so nice, good lighting! The colors are pretty but sooo boring and repetitive from so many others in their collection and others.
