Thank you for the comparisons - this is really helpful. Red polish holds a place in my heart. My grandmother had the most beautiful nails and always wore Revlon Windsor Red. Zoya polishes are my choice and I’m always looking for a new color to try.

Hello, I’m a huge nail polish lover and Zoya is my favorite brand. My two favorite Zoya reds that I own and consider my “perfect” reds are Sooki and America. If you don’t already own them, you should definitely check them out. I’ve been eyeing the color Ming as well, but I have not bought it yet. Love your videos!

My current favorite “true red” lipstick and honestly makeup with vintage styled packaging is Rouje! It is a French brand so I haven’t really been able to find info in regards to vegan and cruelty free but I can see you liking the makeup!

Thanks for your video :) I use the Londontown Lakur nail polish, which is 9-free and they have a great red (but unfortunately, their range of red shades is very limited)! Also, their base and top coat are super good! The colour stays on so long without crumbling. They are more expensive than other common brands, but it is absolutely worth it because besides the good quality, they are vegan and don't do any animal testing! :)

Oh I have to retract my comment, sorry, they actually have quite a collection of red shades!! I live in Switzerland and they only sell a limited colour palette where I buy them, but I just saw online that they have quite a lot :)

Zoya is the only nail polish brand I have found that doesn't give me an allergic reaction. Its not as glossy as other brands, but I was so excited when I found a nail polish I could wear again. I have like 30 of their colors lol

Cruelty Free Kitty and Ethical Elephant are two fantastic blogs with info on almost every brand you can think of. They also regularly update the CF and vegan lists if brands change their testing policies or decide to go green/cruelty free/vegan. 💕

Love you outfit !!! Any reviews on the longevity of Zoya polishes? My nails are always so oily and the polish always peels off so easily which is super annoying.

Hmm not sure about oily nails situation. But I find these last quite well with a top coat. I'd say about 4-5 days. I'm also not one for wearing gloves for washing up or doing house cleaning so it could potentially be longer if you're the careful type.

Dehydrating your nails before painting them might help you. I use 100% acetone. I just use a q tip and dip it in the acetone.
