ESTODADO DE GALLINA
8 presas de gallina de corral
1 cebolla grande morada o blanca. picada en cuadritos finamente.
2 tomates medianos picados en cuadritos muy fino o en el procesador.
1 buena cda de ajos molidos
3 cdas bien servidas de pasta de aji amarillo.
5 a 6 cdas de pasta de aji panca , o aji panca licuado.
1 cda. de sal o al gusto.
1 cdta de Pimienta. o a tu gusto.
1 cdta. de cominos. o a tu gusto.
3 a 4 hojitas de Laurel.
1 taza de vino rojo o blanco. o cantidad deseada. o puedes usar en vez de Vino _Chicha de jora media taza o un poquito mas.
2 papas grandes en rodajas o en trosos.
2 zanahorias cortada en laminas gruesas o delgadas.
Media Taza de alverjas .
Agua hervida o caldo de pollo c/n.
Aceite c/n.
