Hi, i have a question. I already have the AKG earphone (in-ear type) which is included with Samsung note 10, so which one of these earbuds (X12/E12), do you think that i should buy to get a whole new experience. I almost decide to get the X12, since they have a different ear type. But does the sound of X12 is an upgrade, compared to AKG? or how significant the difference from E12 vs AKG? Thanks!

X12 is recommended for those with small ears, I personally like IEMs better but they're uncomfortable for long listening sessions so the X12 is perfect for me. Coming from cheap earphones (ZSN, Vido, Tuneout Audio buds), the X12 is definitely an upgrade in terms of sound quality for me 😃 (as they should considering the price but still TWS).

Great review! I would like to point out that the X12 has a sound bleed. This means that the person on beside me when commuting can hear my music. This is the only issue I saw on the X12 that made me go and purchase an E12. Overall the X12 is still a good value but I won’t recommend this if you love listening to music with a high volume.

Maybe depends on your ear size cuz for me the X12 ultra were perfect fit and won't fall even while walking also it is cheaper got it for 1,900 pesos in Lazada, And for the sound it is balanced and clean. Also it is perfect for those just like me were you want to listen to some music and podcast were you need to be aware of your surroundings (in office) your boss may call you or when phone rings. Yeah sometimes noise cancellation is not for all. Different earphones for different people.

Ugh, I tried my workmate's in ear monitor and my freaking ear got swollen and the eardrum felt like it was bruised or something. Good thing I only put it on one ear. X12 all the way 😬

I prefer X12's lack of ear tips and less booming bass, however, I had a few times where my call drops out completely, first with my Vodafone V8, and last week with my Samsung S10+. I haven't tested the AKG wired headphones that came with my S10+ yet.

ended up getting both, I do a lot of talking with customer, I'm a salesman, I often listen to music or podcast, it annoys me that I have to remove the e12 from my ear every time since it conceal the outside noise so I can't hear what people are talking even if didn't play any music on it. It's a personal thing, every time I want watch movie or listen to high bass music, the e12 is my go to. didnt receive my x12 yet. but I do like the ear design for my ear. I never like the ear in bud inside my ear like the e12 or any modern earphone nowadays. I personally like the ear piece of the x12, I'm sure the x12 will be stuck in my ear all the time.

@@juliolim938 I ended selling the x12 to a friend, it kinda hurt my ears, i guess it's just my ear not suitable for it. Recommend the e12 if you want better audio and better bass. Not saying the x12 is bad, it does help me communicate will people a lot better, since I am able to hear them clearly.

@@juliolim938 for it to really stick, i have to position it really deep inside or else it will fall out, even pushing it in, still felt like the buds are sticking out, it looks okey in the mirror and it doesn't fall, but it really make my ear very uncomfortable. Maybe it's just me. I can't really comment on it, I haven't tested airpods cause I never had one. But I once had an oem iphone earphone, same design like the airpod. I really like the placement on my ear, but on the x12, I don't have that same feelings anymore. I'm sorry if I'm not being helpful about this, I've have always hated IEM earphones, I always stick to airpod like type of buds, but after using the e12 for quite a long time, I'm starting to like it. I just have to go for the biggest tips.. I never go for the smallest or the medium size eartips, the biggest is the best for me, fit perfectly.

I'm thinking of getting either the X12 or the KZ S1D. Only reason why these are my choices is because the X12 has those earpod like design while the KZ being in ear, may have good sound and I've watched your video on it. Silicone tip earphone are hit and miss for me, sometimes they fit well, sometimes they don't. Which would you recommend in terms of value for sound quality between the 2?

Isnt it obvious which of the sabbat tws on show here is the best? Ultra bud sits near as possible to eat drum while x12 does not. Besed on sound I Personally I'm not impressed with sabbat tws but that is probably because I'm used mostly wired iems. I'll try mifo o5 next and one stylish. Looking forward to mifo ones.

I have them both on my own expience being overall better is super highly subjective its all depends not just on your ear shape but on how and when are you going to use them here is my experience while Im using them both X12 ultra: it doesnt have snug and secure fit that can hold on to your ear when you are working out or doing exercises that includes intense movement like jumping running etc nut it is SECURE ENOUGH that it wont fall out of your ears if you are just goona use it as your daily earbuds, Im using it when Im commuting going to my work office the eartips allows me to hear the noise around me which is important if you are on the street to avoid accident it allows me to wear it even inside my work office since I can clearly hear my office mates and my boss when they are talking and callig me I can even hear them clearly even my music is playing on so for daily usage x12 has edge e12 ultra: has a great fit it never falls out of my ear when Im working out doiny exercises that includes running jumping or anykind of intense movements it also has great great seal on my ears which me more isolated sounds that I can use when Im on the noisy public places and I want to disconnect from real word by listening to a musics without hearing the noise around me it also allows me to consintrate on my work since it nulify the noisy sound around me My final verdict is they are equal interms of functionality and usability since these are cheap my suggestion is get them both and have fun using their advantages

Shame I can not use them for running or they would fall out. Since iems are for listening to music then there is still no comparison between these 2 iems. It's always about the sound 1st and the ultras advantage is 2nd

Hi zpolt. Great video dude! I just got my e12 last night and when I tried it in my iPhone while watching Netflix, I noticed it keeps on pausing on its own for almost every 10-15 mins. Any idea why does it happen?

Thats weird. If it is android id understand the issue but for iphone. Maybe you have other bt devices connected to the iphone where it caused a bottle neck and caused a micro disconnect, just a hunch.

Wait!? The earhooks don't fit within the charging case!?!!! Wow I've seen a new low today...the huge problem nobody talks about is how NONE of the tws ear buds coming out now can fit a aftermarket tip in the case, especially foam tips like comply etc. 4 out of 7 of my tws need tips other than the stock one and they don't fit in the case meaning I have to bring more than the charging case. Im surprised it's not mentioned.

Hello zpolt, Im planning to buy with any of this but Im concern about how strong their bluetooth signal on a long distance ,Ive watch so many yt videos about this sabbat e12/x12 all of them keeps on talking about how good of their sound quality is but nobody mention about their range,so how was their range? Lets say my phone is inside my room while Im on the kitchen wearing the earbuds does the sound would get disconnected?

Overall id say around 5 meters in my testing. these are not like airpods. But in actual use where its just in your pocket, I didnt encounter issues.

@@zpolt I already bought each one of them I gave the x12 ultra on my gf as a valentines gift hope she won't turn into my x (ex) hahaha kidding, anyway you are right they aren't that effective on a long distance I tried them out they are doing good on a 10-15 range if there is no wall or objects blocking the signal but if there is you need to be 5 meters (like what you have said) or closer to to your phone in order for the sound to not get disconnected, its not tha big of a deal for me since I wouldn't be that far on my phone when Im goona use it, anyway thanks for the responce more power to you bro!
