Quest tested my hormone levels and my testosterone came back at 505, and, I'm a woman! If Quest was at all a good lab they would have ran the test again knowing I am a female. I had to pay for the test to be done again and that test was within normal. To be safe, I had tests done via ZRT and the results read fine. To give me peace of mind I chose to pay, out of pocket, for another testosterone test from another lab and that test came back in the range of Quest's second, and accurate result, minus a few points difference. Quest keeps lowering the "normal" ranges for all there testing, especially diabetes tests which results in more and more people being diagnosed as pre or diabetic. The ZRT tests are more accurate an sensitive to testing and results and MUST be completed as the directions state. These are NOT just a simple spit and go tests. Also, saliva testing measures and tests are completely different than blood.
