Sa mga mayrong lupain, hindi nyo kailangan ng maraming pera para pagandahin, pagyamanin ang lupa nyo, sipag at mga ideas lang ang kailangan para gumanda ang kapaligiran, magtanim ng mga puno, halaman, gulayan at mga root crops. I guess about 20-25k/night? Looks really good. I like Conrad's taste in design. I have about 2000 ha. in Mindanao I can play with. Thinking of creating something like this somewhere in there- a'la tropical rainforest getaway, keeping most of the flora in the area where they are :D Got ferns that are as tall as a 2-storey house and trees so old and huge! Well done. Casa Esperanza is beautiful!

Zha Zha I prefer the walkways to be precast conc.with pebble stones in between the precast tiles. This way more easy when it comes to maintenance...the tree leaves that falls if your walkways is covered with gravels is too difficult to remove unless when you are going to use air vacuum or air blower ....
