Hi Zane, regarding "Google Guaranteed": we do not have that yet in South Africa. But I wonder how it is going to play out? What if 10 plumbers in the same area pay for that service? Surely Google will not list all 10 above any other SERP's? Also, have you been seeing businesses taking Google up on that offer?

Hi Johan - thats a very good point I think its going to make every pay for it (because you cant afford not to) then the only winner is Google cashing in In the UK its only popular on a few types of categories from what Ive seen Sometimes these things just turn out to be an experiment You may find my latest video really helpful too on kzbin.info/www/bejne/iYbSnHuphrl5hpI

Hi Zane, I enjoy that helpful "quick management" pane that comes up on a Google search for your own business. I do notice, however, that if you are an agency managing a listing the same pane doesn't come up. You have to be logged into the google account for that specific business to see it. Is there a workaround for this?

Hi @Johan great question Its a very new addition being rolled out - I'm in the UK which country are you in? ...as it maybe country-specific

Thanks Zane - always interested in your thoughts:) How do you think a listing like SEO Westminster IS getting high in GMB/Map listing? & without website or reviews ( which I know is more conversion factor) So is the listing based entirely on the spam name or do you think other factors going on in the background ....

Good question! I think there are other factors, its hard to say for sure but on these types of listings they often have off page traffic causing the influence, like click thru, direction request, etc These also have a big factor in ranking
