Zselic MTB Marathon 2024 Music Video

A Zselic maraton többnyire az év első és egyben valószínűleg a legnehezebb maratonja is. Küzdelem a téli plusz kilók ellen, bizonytalan időjárás, edzettség, vagy annak hiánya, a tavalyinál nehezebb pálya mind-mind hozzájárul ahhoz, hogy kihívásokkal teljen a szombat délelőtt/délután. A verseny a Zselic dombjain zajlik, vadregényes környezetben. Folyamatosan emelkedők és lejtők váltják egymást, ami nem szerencsés, hiszen igen nehéz pihenni és erőt tartalékolni. A második körben úgy érezte magát a testem, mintha mosógépben lenne. A felkészülés remekül sikerült a versenyre. Jól be tudtam osztani az erőmet. Sajnos a jobb forma ellenére jóval lassabb köridőket tudtam csak menni, így a harmadik körre megint nem maradt időm. A testem ezt abszolút nem bánta, másnap nagyon ramaty állapotban voltam. Tartalmas év lesz az idei, érdemes velem tartani.

The Zselic Marathon is usually my first and propably the hardest race of 2024. Struggling with fat from winter, the constantly changing weather of April, training or lack of training, or the new, harder course made this Saturday before and afternoon difficult. The race was held on the hills of Zselic. It is truly a magnificent territory. The hills are fairly short, but really steep (10-18%). Maintaning speed and energy is not easy. I felt like as if my body were in a washing machine. A trained hard for this race and I am satisfied with my form. I had a lot PR’s, but unfortunately due the harder course I was much slower than previous year. I didn’t have enough time for the 3rd lap, so I decided to stop the watch. I felt myself really tired after raceday. This year looks really promising. I can’t wait to make similar videos about the upcoming races.
