That $35.00 Kershaw Kerambit is the most compelling for me this month.. That's a lot of self-defense for $35 bucks. Also would make a wicked box/strap cutter.. Like a Stocker/Scraper would love having one of these for Xmas. As always.. another home-run KC video. Thanks Guys, happy Holidays!

There is nothing better than waking up to DCA & Thomas at 5.00am here in Australia. Already got the BK now must indulge the Spyderco fixed blade. BTW you mentioned the word "Blade" 50 times. Hey Thomas & DCA, I'm wondering if you could make some recommendations for fixed blade knives with shorter blades, 3"+/- but with full sized, hand filling handles. My hands are getting gimpy with age, and thin, or unergonomic handles get painful quickly. Glove size is typically large to XL. Something that could be carried as a "plus size" neck knife, in a day pack, as a companion knife to a larger belt knife, etc. Max budget would be $250.

That Dawnstar might actually be the knife I've been looking for to use at work.. I was hoping the Mantidae would be what I was looking for to break down cardboard and open packages and bags but it was way too small. But at $35 I'm willing to give this one a go and won't even be mad if it takes some abuse as work knives always do.

Becker give yourself an upper-cut. You go to all the effort to upgrade the steel on the BK2 (which is excellent), you also ramp up the price (not so excellent but understandable) but fail to fix the biggest problem with the knife - the handle scales (🥊🥊🥊). Leaving the crappy plastic handle scales instead of upgrading to micarta (or even G10) is just stupid. On a brighter note, I do like the look of the ZT0004 (Note to Becker - look at this knife for handle scale ideas). Sharp blades all.

ok there is potential for the dawn star. Kershaw curve the spine with the blade giving a sleek look. Change to a bar lock so its for both lefties and righties. upgrade the steel to something decent s35vn or something similar and keep it under 120$. Stop making junk no one wants to buy or shit so over priced no one will buy.

I'm looking forward to February 2025 when all those Trump tariffs come into effect and all those knives made in China, made in Taiwan, made in Germany, and so on, have a 20 to 30 percent tariff slapped onto them and then these price increases are passed onto KnifeCenter's (and by other knife sellers) customers. I'll be laughing as all of you complain that the prices of knives has increased SO MUCH and wondering why it happened, when it was discussed ad nauseam for the last 3 months. EX: the Bestechman Velix would go from $60 to $78 with a 30 percent tariff slapped on this made in China knife.

All you’ve done is make the hobby more expensive without providing an actual alternative. I’m more than happy to support American manufacturing when they actually provide a product worth what they’re charging, but I’m not going to buy garbage products just because they’re made in the states.
