I agree, Jokić could average 15 points per game and he wouldn’t care as long as they were winning. Jokic will spend 10 seconds waiting for teammate to get open so he can pass it and if nothing opens up he’ll take the shot, which is the complete opposite of Luca, Luca will spend 16 seconds trying to get himself open for a shot and if he doesn’t have a clean shot he’ll pass the ball with eight seconds remaining. That’s why Jokić is an MVP and Luca isn’t. Jokić‘s team first me second Luca is me first team second

Didnt even play the 4th he would have had a monster game if he played the 4th letting the bench get some quality minutes before the playoffs some of these dudes in the league would have played the 4th to get their stats up and julian hasnt been playing because he got injured and was in the g league after his injury he played the first 35 games

I believe Strawther played his senior year at Gonzaga. I've heard that Gonzaga University coaches an NBA (as opposed to NCAA) style of play. All of the local podcasts and media in Denver have been remarking on how Gonzaga has contributed to his professional off ball movement, cuts, etc. It was nice to see him back in the rotation tonight.

Denver specifically drafts Seniors except for PWat who was the designated project. Then they don’t really play the 1st year (except for Christian Braun). If you play on Jokic’s team you make the right play or you leave. They got rid of Bones Hyland who was very good because he could not get with the unselfish program.

Nuggets are playing like 70% effort. Jokic and Murray sat out portland. They go down by 20 then 'easily' come back and win by 10 if they want to. Jokic and Murray aren't even playing right now and the team isn't bad.. They can easily compete with anyone.
