Reynolds the longest time I've gotten out of mine is about 12 hours of constant use (besides bathroom breaks and eating) watched the new spider man and wonder women movies and spent the rest on KZbin with the brightness at about 35 percent, (phone is bright at over 500 nits full brightness so 35 brightness is much brighter than other phones I've used ) so far this phone has exceeded all of my expectations. P.S best bang for your buck hands down and I could see you getting 27 hours under the right circumstances. 📞😎👍

Band support is lacking on the Axon 7, although I knew that going into it, but its ability to switch between towers is lacking. APN settings dont make a diff. Wish it had a 6 inch screen also. Gonna sell mine, looking at some Xiaomi flagships.

The iPhone x they say only actually cost 300 and something dollars to make. To be fair tho, where a lot of the extra money goes is research, and software development. A lot of the high end phones are more about the total experience than the actual hardware. But yeah, high end phones are ridiculous. I can see 550 ish for the high end phones, but it has gotten nuts.

Look at the hardware specs of zte phones then at the new Samsung's and u will know why. This is running a outdated snapdragon processor which they probably buy cheap to keep the phone low cost.Not to mention they also are running LCD displays only doing like 350ish ppi Not bashing the phone it's amazing for the price point!

This phone reminds me so much of my older Alcatel Fierce XL. I still use that phone as a music/video machine as the speaker was decent and hella loud. If I hadn't gotten my Galaxy S8 earlier this year I probably would have given this one a shot because the experience you have with a device is much better than features it offers. Great review, I hope you come out more often on this channel.

I accidentally broke the screen of my cheap (hand down) lg phone and Got a Z.T.E blade z max at metro for $99.99 and with tax ($8), transfer fee ($15) glass screen protector and a nice otter box style phone case it came to $162.00, this phone is awesome and easily worth the retail $179.00 and it let's people on low income like myself be able to afford something that gives a close experience of a high-end ($600 to $1000) smartphone. P.S best phone I've ever had (feels well built with nice buttons) and definitely the best phone on the market for the price.........did I mention the gorgeous super bright display and outrageously good battery life, I get 12 hours on a full charge and it also charges (it has fast charging) very fast too. I can't say enough great things about this phone so I'll just stop now before I end up turning this post into the length of a book......too late lol.📞😎👍

Be Conscious sorry it took me so long to respond (been very busy) and yes you should get the blade. Since I've turned the brightness down to 35 percent, which looks brighter than 35 percent on other phones I've had because the blade can go over 500 nits brightness, I've been getting around 12 hours of constant use besides bathroom breaks and eating, plus it charges fast and has a beautiful screen so I hope u got it, let me know and I hope u like it if got it.

This phone is great when it works! Bought this phone, loved it and it started to freeze in two weeks. The company sent me another and this one freezes also from time to time. everything else is true great size, great battery life, Great Sound, takes great pictures, great price, even though you can get it for free with Metro PCS if you're switch from another company to them now this month. if they could fix that glitch of freezing for no reason this would be a great phone.

You can only look at a couple of things at a time anyhow. You doing more than that on a phone I'd suggest you buy a laptop or tablet.

I bought this for $200 off Amazon to replace my shattered LG Optimus 8 Pro. I chose it over the Sony for its Gorilla Glass. My old phone had a Menu button which worked in all Apps which this phone lacks, so I can no longer add custom categories in my Checkbook app. Phone is made in China. Camera is good, Battery life is insane. It also quick charges, you'll need a new plug for home and car. I bought the case which adds a lot of width and weight.

What's really cool is that you can assign a fingerprint to your favorite app. So if your phone is locked and you assign your left middle finger print it will open to whatever you assign to It. Fo example KZbin or messaging

I have this phone and it is awesome for the price , but Zte should have removed the trash dual camera setup, remove the unnecessary fingerprint sensor at this price range, and use that money to add another gig of memory for the same price. i bought it for the 6 inch 1080p factor. little apps are being used and 1.5 out of 1.8 gigs are being used all the time. Good phone nevertheless

Nope. I have this phone since September 3rd from metro and so far I don't like it. Battery life is fair, it's overheats when I'm on the phone, browsing the web, charging my phone, etc. The camera sucks it was impressed as I thought and the UI suck to. So I'm going to ditch this phone and get me either the iPhone 8, Google Pixel 2, or LG V30

This was my first ZTE phone. After having the Alcatel idol 3 and 4 and I was very disappointed. The phone was very fast at first but after my first month of having it I had major issues with the apps being force closed out of nowhere, annoying lags, and the phone freezing and rebooting from time to time. After 2 months of resetting this phone and going over to metro just decided to switch over to T-Mobile and getting the s8 and I'm absolutely loving this new phone ❤

I love this device! Yeah it's not all decked out with gimmicks but it serves it purpose and I know if I have an accidental drop, I only have to worry about replacing one side instead of 2 sides. This device honestly looks way better than most flagships and you get just about the same features for a third of the price. Winner in my book! Great job ZTE!

Hello everyone! WARNING! This will be long but I am in great need of feedback and help! I separated different topics into their own paragraphs so it would hopefully be easier to read! I am currently on the MetroPCS network and I am looking for the best phone to upgrade to. As of right now, I am using a Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime, it runs Lollipop 5.1.1, has a 2600 mAh battery, 1.5 gb of ram (memory), 8 gb of rom (storage), a rear camera - 8 mp, a front camera - 5mp, and a 1.2 ghz processor. I would like a phone from MetroPCS that has better cameras, more storage, a better battery, expandable storage, more ram, upgraded android software, and a bigger screen. I'm looking at and comparing the ZTE Zmax Pro and the ZTE Blade Z Max because they have each of things I listed and/or better. I would like to have some feedback, recommendations, and/or help on which phone I should upgrade to, if I should upgrade or just wait, or if I should upgrade to another MetroPCS phone! Both of these phones are in my price range of under $200 and I am currently going through the following situations with my current phone: Losing storage space and have less than 1gb left of space on my phone, some apps that I update do not come with some of the updated features, my battery drains quickly (even on low brightness, light usage, and a minimal amount of apps running in the background, etc.), my phone does not manage ram that well as I am always switching between apps because I'm a multitasker so it freezes frequently, when pressing the power button, it takes about 5 seconds just to show me the display and lock screen, it cannot play full HD videos on KZbin, and other things that I won't mention. These are the things that I am comparing between the Pro and the Blade, and some things are better on one phone and some things are better on the other, which makes me furious, because ZTE thinks that the Blade is a considerable upgrade from the Pro but I've noticed some things that aren't exactly an "upgrade." For example, the storage. Both come with "32 GBs" of rom but the user available memory is actually 21 GBs on the Blade and 24 GBs on the Pro. So the Pro actually comes out of the box with more storage. The Pro has a faster processor than the Blade with a 1.5ghz Octa-core 64-Bit processor. The Pro has a stronger glass screen with Gorilla glass compared to the Dragontail glass on the Blade. Also, the Pro's camera has both autofocus and digital image stabilization, which the Blade doesn't. I really need help as to which of these is the better buy and it's scary for me because what if another MetroPCS phone comes out from ZTE that is another "upgrade"? Or, what if one phone receives an update that makes it the better buy automatically, for instance, if I waited for another month and the Pro possibly receives Android Nougat? See! I really need feedback and help on this because I'm planning on upgrading soon and I want to make a decision that I won't completely regret and one that will benefit me in the long run! I apologize for this long text but obviously this issue is a big one for me. I will do my best to respond to your responses and to provide whatever feedback you need! Thank You!

Hello, I work at a MetroPCS store and my top 3 main selling points of getting a Blade Z Max over the ZMax Pro is 1) Bigger Battery! 4080mah! 2) Android Nougat 7.0 or 7.1 and 3) Fast Charging, now with a phone with a huge battery once you've experienced having a fast charging phone you can't go back to regular charging.

I've had it for more than 6 months, replacing my Nexus 6P that went into bootloop hell. Wow, for this price point it's been pretty amazing! Yes, I miss the crispness of Nexus 6P camera, but other than that not much else. Yes the screen could be sharper, but I'm getting a stock Android experience and a beast of a battery! It's never died plus quick charges, um, quickly. I don't game, so I can't comment on that. But the 2GB of RAM have been fine for me, the average user. The included Dolby Atmos improves on the headphone sound over my Nexus 6P. The external speaker may not be the best for playing music, but for voice it's perfectly fine. It's totally made me rethink buying a $500+ phone. I'm still at Android 7.1, and no word of an update. But it certainly hasn't affected performance.

THE bokeh mode is FAKE on the cheap phone, why don't the reviewer cover the secondary dual camera and take the photo so if it still have the blur background it means it just apply a blur effect!

Impressive phone, had mine for 3 days so far. Battery lasts around 12 hours for me. Image quality is amazing for the price. I had a blog and people think I am using an iPhone for pictures. Phone is really big so it's annoying for me to use both hands but not complaining. Features are incredible. Overall for the price of $100 you cannot get any better. The thing I like the most about the phone is the resolution, it's super crisp.

To be honest, I won't say it's the worst phone on Earth. It may not function properly but it's still a good phone, it's just sometimes it lags and won't make apps respond, then sometimes it could get really frustrating on where you don't really want to deal with it, then it'll be a bad phone but not the "worst phone on Earth".
