Good explanation on the 3rd world status for Malaysia. Now can put the case to rest. 😆 If I am around Jalan Ipoh in the evening, the curry mee is my choice. It is not the best, but it has its own distinct taste that lure you to it, perhaps it is the huge crowd. The CKT is also good, next to the curry mee.

Nowadays Yong Tau Foo from KL/PJ just average only The better yong tau foo is in Ipoh & the best is still from Kulai in Kelapa Sawit village made by the Hopo Hakka people

Beef noodle uncle & auntie are getting old... the quality is somewhat inconsistent lately. I stay in the taman behind the shop lot, and had been eating their noodles for years... sincerely wish them good health & hope their recipe can pass on to steady hands.

Elmo, i believe you're only food reviewer dare to share your honest opinion (beef noodle). Thanks again for exploring our country's diverse food and culture, and share it with the world thru KZbin. With your effort, another channel to promote local food tourism and generate interest into what our country has to offer. If Thailand can use thier pasar malam like Jod Fair to pull hungry tourist, why not malaysian gather the best food for tourist to sample with designated place similar to ICC pudu which was proven successful. Anyway, keep up the good work Elmo, and I'm excited to see what else you have in store.
