Dear friends
After posting 2 videos featuring outside of Peninsula Malaysia, I was hoping that this episode featuring Selangor would garner more audience. The notion is if I’m not headed to these places, there’s no point watching the respective episode. Hopefully, Sungai Buloh is closer to your heart, and with a stroke of luck, you guys might tune in. Meanwhile please go out and support our local street food, be it in Sungai Buloh of otherwise. Thanks and see you in the next.

There are so many choices of Food stalls to choose at Sg. Buloh. This is the First Time that the famous noodle ‘San kan Cheong ‘ in curry gravy & the Pan Mee cooked in herbal soup. It must be quite extraordinary and innovative too !!! The surprise is also roast goose meat at the Chinese housing village ( restaurant ). Great food and able to illustrate some very innovative alternative classic food over there. Thank you Elmo and also to your buddy - Danny for bringing us Sg. Buloh to our screens. Yatt Lau !!! Mou tak Deng !!! 👌🏽👌🏽👌🏽

i'm resident of sg buloh before, but now i'm moving out stay at kota damansara.. the restaurant you recommend most of them i having quite often during i stay in there.. such like herbal pan mee, hainan chicken rice, jeff lee restaurant( but you wrong spelling the 馆 to 饭 )and the wantan mee.. the wantan mee is the one i like most, even now i not staying there, sometime i will return there and purposely eating the wantan mee, their dry curry chicken is the best 👍😋😍

Another great video with historical background. Elmo is getting more popular with owners and many requests to get some stalls to be reviewed by Elmo. I hope some stall owners do not get upset with Elmo honest review. I am sure those stalls that do not qualify to be featured will not be uploaded.

Another enjoyable video, thanks! One very small criticism is at about 15:40, when commenting on 啊芳姐云吞面, you said that for 30 years they had not 改良the stall's original recipe (which was a "minus") when in fact you meant they hadn't 改变the original recipe (which was a "plus"). I hope you don't take my comment as criticism, rather to prove that some viewers do take your videos very seriously😁

Referring to the young lady's shrimp /curry noddles, I believed came from sepetang perak. The 1st time tasted it was as far back as 37 years ago. They had the unbeatable uqnique combination of prawn soup with curry together! It is still not found elsewhere in msia.

Just a suggestion, with introduction of the new Putrajaya line, maybe you revise some of your recommendation with link to the MRT station to the place or just around the area of the station. Or maybe a new series all food accessible by MRT.

Hi Mr Lee, since you worked in advertising line before, I'm curious and wanted to consult you regarding the signboard for the Kedai Kopi HY that written Mi Bebola Babi. Can we really or is it legal to put up the word Babi at signboard there? Does the government or Majlis Perbandaran allow that? You know lah Malaysia mah, very particular about this sensitive word. Just curious to know and also to gain some general knowledge and information.
@malaysiafood328

Very good question FYI all signboards must b sent to the municipal to b approved by getting installed. At some point the government wanted to change the BABI word to KINZIR but they failed since the word babi us as old as their race

This shop serves the sam kan cheong (joined pieces) and the individual pork balls. Come early before 9am if you want to eat the pork balls as they make 200 pieces per day. Later you have only the joined ones. The interesting sign board was why I tried this place wondering if Mi Bebola Babi was pig scrotum😀
