The song "Sankar Guru" is a Kamrupi Lokogeet popularised by two of our eminent artists of Assam Late Rameshwar Pathak & Smti. Dhanada Pathak. The folk song is beautifully blended with Zublee's composition (contemporary) in the Album Maati - The Folk Factor, Vol.2 implementing the Folk element in the song as the signature. Here lyricist Rajdweep beautifully expresses our gratefulness and respect towards Mahapurukh Srimanta Sankardev who had devoted his entire life preaching Vaishnav Dharma in undivided Assam.
