Zucchini stuffed with minced meat is one of our favorite foods.
In some countries it is known as zucchini and in others as baked zucchini, but with this recipe you can also use zucchini and make Italian pumpkin stuffed with cheese.
On the other hand, if you do not want to eat meat, you can replace it with textured soybeans or rice and make zucchini stuffed without meat or zucchini stuffed with rice.
Ingredients:
Zucchini - Zucchini or Italian Pumpkin: 1 kilogram
For the filling:
1 onion
Half bell pepper
350 grams of minced or ground meat
1 teaspoon of paprika
1 teaspoon of cumin
1 clove garlic
1 teaspoon salt
half a teaspoon of pepper
1 glass of broth
Mozzarella cheese to taste
