Some people say that when you apologize for things people then instantly will make a fuss about it, so you "shouldn't" do it if you don't want that act to be seen more negatively (When even you aknowledge it), HOWEVER, this can come as arrogance and insensitivity, recognizing a mistake is sign of goodwill. Mark really screwed up him, and he should apologize and be more public about that. In court he knew Eduardo was right because he decided to not continue with the case and settled directly with Eduardo Saverin, but he should show more sensitivity. Most of them have all of that narrative of "caring more" (Specially Zuck) but then do that to co-founders and friends!? Gates also had his controversies and was known for being rough on competion, but after these guys become billionaires they can't pretend that had never happened.

To be fair, look at the angles of the chair - it naturally causes the person to lean back if they're sitting in it fully. In order for Instagram to progress they need to find ways to develop and adapt. One of these ways is competing with their competitors-Snapchat. Instagram stories is a brilliant idea.
