Dit was zo'n informative les. Met zulke goeie voorbeelden. Zo'n les respectievelijk lessen zoals deze is/zijn echt nuttig voor mij zodat ik mijn woordenschat kan uitbreiden, waardoor mijn Nederlands wat kleurrijker kan worden. Tot de volgende keer 🇳🇱📽️ Trouwens: In conversaties in mijn moedertaal Duits betrapt ik mezelf er af en toe op dat het nederlandse woord (of zelf zinnetje/ expressie) me als eerste binnen schiet..

😊 Hallo , Kim .....Ik vond je intro / voorbeeld héél grappig ! ....Ik zou dubbelliggen als een nieuwkomer dàt spontaan tegen me zou zeggen ......gewoon om z'n nederlands te oefenen......😂😂😂😂😂....Je bent orgineel , regelmatig grappig , altijd heel educatief , bij tijd en wijle een malle meid 😂😂😂 ( zoals nu) , soms zelfs kwetsbaar 🥲 ( ....én , met alle respect , een knappe verschijning😊) en ....je lessen zijn een rappel voor mij dat het nederlands eigenlijk inderdaad best wel een behoorlijk lastige taal is voor nieuwkomers .....en daarom ook een inspiratie om ze te helpen. Goede verklaringen. Mijn conclusie: zo = so in engels en duits ( adverbial/Adverb) , zo een = zo'n = such a + adjective and noun, so ein/e in German ( singular), zulke = such, solche (plural). De duitse woordschaat is bijna identiek. zo mooi dat ... zo'n goed boekje zulke mooie feestdagen zulke = such

Hoi Kim. Super leuke les zoals altijdt. Bedankt! Alleen een vragie: Bij 3:46 zegt je "Dit is een bril...Een bril zoals deze." Moet het niet "een bril zoals dit" zijn omdat "bril" een het woord is? Of is er een regel die ik niet goed begrijpen?

Dat zijn twee goede vragen, waar ik niet zomaar antwoord op kan geven in de reacties ;-) Ik heb "zeg maar" behandeld in een video over "stopwoordjes" (die kan je opzoeken op mijn kanaal) en "wat" kan op verschillende manieren gebruikt worden :) Maar om dat hier te doen gaat een beetje te ver. En al helemaal in het Spaans ;-)

It all makes sense that how and why in the Dutch dub of Thomas and Friends that they never refer to Duck, Oliver and Toad or “Paddie” as you call him as “Great Western” but rather that “They’re from a known brand” is because how COULD you POSSIBLY translate “Great Western” into Dutch or any other language for that matter so easily?! 😝😂 Ya can’t! Aww! What about this then?! XD What if Rev W Awdrey DID acknowledge that Gordon is originally from LNER (London North Eastern Railway) would you also say LNER? What about Gordon’s older brother? Flying Scotsman? SURELY you STILL call him “Flying Scotsman” right?! XD

Bijna goed. ZULK gebruik je altijd voor ontelbare HET-woorden. En alleen daarvoor. ZULKE gebruik je in 2 instanties: voor ontelbare DE-woorden en voor TELBARE woorden die in het meervoud staan :)

@@learndutchwithkim No really Kim! Why didn’t you include zoiets in this video? (Pun intended!) Don’t you think it’s important to know “such a thing”! 😂 I remember learning about zulk, zulke, z’on and yes! zoiets! That same worded was included in that same lesson on Duolingo a long time ago. Duolingo used to be fun! They made you REALLY wanna appreciate foreign countries cultures and customs and at the same time, REALLY make you think interesting things you can possibly talk about plus tossing in pop culture references! 😃 Oh my god! Norwegian had some of the very best indeed! 😃 But now they’re all gone! Sort of! They might STILL be there just not in the order they used to be! Now Duolingo thinks nobody’s gonna care about those things anymore and it’s all just the means to help you get by! But I think; “No! If you wanna learn Dutch you WANT to appreciate Dutch culture!” 😃🇳🇱🧡 Any foreign language for that matter! You WANT to appreciate that same culture and custom! Otherwise ARGUABLY what’s the point of you even going abroad at all if you’re not gonna appreciate not even a tiny little bit of what they have to offer huh?!
