I have always said that Zuma cannot fire a guy that got him elected into power. Malema’s move to start EFF was always a move to dismantle the ANC and it looks like that has worked. Zuma must’ve known for the longest time that the ANC was no longer protecting the interests of black people but of the white capitalists and therefore they had to distance themselves from the ANC quietly without the ANC’s realisation that they are actually playing into their plan.
