Just saw your work for the first time, I'm addicted just watching!Haaa- How do I start to follow this routine? Is there a training process or training videos? Does anyone know?

You could start by just learning a section of the routine instead of trying to watch it from beginning to end each time. Maybe tell yourself that by the end of the week, you will learn and completely memorize the first 2-3 minutes. Or if you have a dance background or you're a fast learner, you might be able to do it in a few days. Then do the next 2-3 minutes. Then try to do everything you've learned up to that point (all 4-6 minutes). It will take a lot of watching over and over again. Good luck!
