Actually not a troll build. I like it! But in a real game, where you aren’t that fed you would get popped quite easily. Therefore I would substitute one lifesteal item (Blade Of The Ruined King) with something more defensive. Death Stance or Guardian Angel would be better in a late-game team-fight so that they can’t easily snipe you. I think this could work until Plat at least.

Nah, Fulltank with just 3 cdr items and heartsteal+ Bloodthirster. 1 q can heal you to maxlife after yoz reached 1k stacks. If you e enemys and q them with heartsteal stack on like 300, they are close to death.
