Honestly fiddle+ teemo is actually pretty nutty combo. Either they stack sweepers to deal with shrooms so no vision for fiddle. Or they get vision for fiddle and can't clear shrooms.

How about Quinn with Quickblades? It's really fun to play. Every item completion feels like she changes so much. Quickblades into into phantom dancer and Essence reaver. You can just roam and pick people off while they're perma-short-sighted and you backflip off their heads

Ap kog mid. I heard froggen talk about it like 3 or 4 years ago now it's my comfort pick mid. It's pretty fun. If you need runes go comet, mana flow, transcendence or absolute focus, and gathering storm. Secondary go presence of mind and cut the grass. Go e lv one and mimic their wave clear. If you push too hard you will be in danger but you can hold it incase they dont push the wave. For build go tear lv 1 and save tp for a blasting wand. With it you can e the whole wave and r the ranged minions for fast clear. Max e then q. E and r are same range with lv 1 ult. Lv 16 ult will hit people a whole screen away. You want to e q then spam ults if you are in range of your spells. You want to q second so you can land it with the slow and get magic pen for your ultis. Rush archangels -> magic pen boots -> liandrys -> rylais (at this point then cant run if you path well and keep landing ults) -> horizons focus -> rabadons. Ban kass as he'll just stomp you and eat your whole team. You're mana hungry when you start spamming ults and you are desperate for lv 16. In fights focus who your front line is stunning. As long as you can get takedowns, you can spam ults for almost an entire fight with presence of mind. This build will take down any enemy champs, tanks, squishies, assassins. If you annoy them, you need to play from a screen away from the fight as it's pretty common for 3 assassins to 360 triple backflip to get to me in the middle of my team. That's a lot of info for a comment but its satisfying to e r with comet and watch somone lose half their hp right as they get to lane and to 100 to 0 an adc while being out of their range and slowing them the whole time.

Mandate is, indeed, broken. But have you considered how broken Rageblade on Bel'Veth is? Or how good Luden's + Cosmic Drive rush on Cassiopeia is? You don't even miss having boots with the build and you can add Rylai's for extra emotional damage.

i run mandate on kennen with an abyssal mask. it does over 5000 damage every game i build it especially with my mask carving away 20 mr from everyone. i built it on anivia once 2nd item and it did 15k damage in a 25 min game XD

Riot absolutely broke mandate. A non-mythic that gives a universal boost to damage from all allies, on just about any form of cc. Officially starting request to see a evenshroud/imperial mandate malphite with a yasuo. I wpuld love to see how much damage could come of a single ult combo

I did pretty well. I'm not entirely sure if its the build being good or just Veigar being Veigar but I was filled bot with a Sona vs a Draven Morgana and we won. I ended the game 16/7/13 and Draven 4/14/6. Seemed to me Rageblade is still bugged with Kraken so I went Everfrost instead but Crown would be good too probably, starting on a normal AP item so I'm not useless at the start, into Kraken, Shiv, then almost finished Rabadons but we won. Last item would have been a Lich or Nashor's and I went Sorc boots. Not sure if Nashor's would be better at the start. My runes were Lethal Tempo, Presence of Mind, Legend: Tenacity, Coup De Grace, Gathering Storm, and Transcendence. You need that extra attack range but if you're ahead enough your 6th attack empowered Kraken proc probably ends the fight. Still good for team fights though. Veigar has a really slow attack animation so the Shiv and Kraken animations will go off before your attack actually makes contact sometimes so that's funny. Edit: I also 1v1'd the Sett in melee at just before finishing shiv and won barely, Sett ended the game 8/10. Edit again: in the two games I've played so far, win or lose, I was the highest damage dealer on my team.
